A detached 3 bedroom traditional rustic villa, with private swimming pool and stunning panoramic views of Latchi, Polis, Argaka and the Akamas. Situated in the peaceful, 300 year old Cypriot village of Neo Chorion. The living area, although rustic and traditional, contains all the modern amenities to make your holiday perfect. These include WiFi, a 40" flat screen TV, DVD player and iPod docking station. There are two large sofas one being a sofa bed so larger parties can accommodate up to 8 people, and a dining table that comfortably seats 6 people. Double doors open up to the outdoor patio and pool area and make the villa cool and breezy. The kitchen benefits from a large fridge freezer, built- in electric oven and ceramic hob, large capacity washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, frappe machine, array of dining crockery which includes plates, bowls, glasses, teacups, mugs, dining cutlery, saucepans, oven-ware, and cooking utensils to cater for all your dining needs. Cooler bag for picnics and trips to the beach. Cupboard containing iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mops/brooms etc. There is also a breakfast table with 4 chairs and double doors with wooden shutters that open to the private swimming pool. Upstairs are three spacious, bright and airy bedrooms, bathroom, with a full size bath and shower over, and en-suite to main bedroom. The bedrooms have open balconies that allow you to the enjoy the outstanding panoramic views. Each of the bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. Outdoor Living Space. Prengos View provides a private parking space for two cars. An 8m x 4m private swimming pool. Sun loungers. Outdoor table and chairs.

About the Owner

I live in South East London/Kent with my wife Carole and our two children. We had our villa built in 2009, and have been regular visitors. Family and work commitments have limited visits to twice a year and so rent the villa out when we can. We love our visits to Cyprus and especially Neo Chorio.

We love the location because of the variety of the surrounding area. The quiet and charming village of Neo Chorio, the beautiful or rugged beaches and countryside, the lively harbour of Latchi and the list goes on. The area is busy during the peak months but without it being taken over by tourists or high rise buildings. This area is one that still retains some of the traditions of Cyprus and has not been overwhelmed by high rise hotel developments.

Activity and Interests

Special interest holidays:

Aside from being an excellent location for traditional holiday activities. It can also form an excellent base for those wishing to go trekking in the Akamas peninsular, mountain biking, bird watching and scuba diving.


There are numerous beaches that can be reached within a 10 min drive. The beaches are of excellent quality with a mixture of sandy, shale and pebble beaches near by. There is also a mixture of more rustic and less built up beaches in addition to the more traditional tourist beach. There are many beautiful coves around the Akamas peninsular that can be explored by self hired boat or via local tour boats. Excellent for snorkelling or scuba diving. There are many water sports services in the area.


The nearest airport is Paphos which is approx. 45 minutes away. The alternative airport is Larnaca which is approx. 2 hours away by car. Car hire is recommended and this can be arranged from the airport or from the local town of Polis. Airport transfers can be arranged by the villa owners and they will also be happy to advise of car hire.


The Baths of Aphrodite historical site is 15 min away. The harbor town of Latchi with many restaurants, bars and shops is 10 min away and the larger town of Polis with numerous bars, restaurants and shops is 20 mins (all times by car). The main local city of Paphos is 45 mins away.

Further Details:

Though a car is recommended for your stay, there are two good restaurants, a taverna and a small supermarket all in walking distance from the villa. Latchi has good supermarkets, and Polis has a typical English style supermarket supplying not just food and cleaning products but numerous household goods. Polis has full banking facilities, petrol stations, hospital and chemists. Polis also has a ten pin bowling alley and go-kart track.

A £200.00 security deposit and 25% of the total booking fee is payable at the time of booking. The 75% balance is payable 60 days prior to arrival, at which time directions and access information to the villa will be provided. The £200.00 security deposit will be returned following the managing agents inspection after your departure. For late bookings, the £200.00 security deposit and 100% of the total booking fee are payable at time of booking.

  • Notes on accommodation: The villa is as child friendly as possible however children should always be supervised around the pool area and on the front and rear balcony's. Cleaning and towel/linen changing can be arranged and agreed at the time of booking. The villa is fully managed and thus a welcome pack with relevant contact numbers will provided. Outside: The front drive is fully paved and as the space for two cars. A small outdoor storage box is located on the front drive/patio. There is a private side entrance that leads to the rear of the house. The back patio is paved with some shrubs at the back end of the area. The pool is the main feature of the rear patio with room for sun lounger's around it. The pool is private and is fully filtered and regularly cleaned. there is a small garden table with six folding chairs in addition to 6 sun loungers. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and linen is provided, full changing and cleaning service is provided as per personal requirement and preference. Other: Dinning section of living area with dinning table and six chairs, and up lighter.
