Chalet Adele is a large chalet in Saint Martin de Belleville, a charming and authentic French alpine village in the three Valleys ski area. As part of the three valleys, this chalet is on the doorstep of the largest ski area in the world. The chalet is made up of a group of apartments and our apartment is a beautiful top floor duplex apartment. It is located directly on the piste and is ski in ski out. The view from the chalet overlooks the picturesque village of Saint Martin de Belleville and the mountains beyond. The apartment has been awarded the highest rating by the french tourist board of five gold snowflakes.

The apartment is self-catering with a large kitchen with all the right equipment. If guests would like a catered option, meals can be delivered each day by Chalet Kitchen, an excellent local catering service. Please indicate if you would like this catering service in your correspondence.

My wife and I and three children love skiing and being in the mountains. Prior to buying this apartment, we had been to Saint Martin-de-Belleville many times and fell in love with the resort. We have furnished the apartment as a family home but would like to rent it out when we are not there.

We love the chalet and love the layout of the rooms - the owner provides excellent customer service, maintains the property beautifully and the local town is picture perfect - it is very pretty with good local shops

You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here - it comes highly recommended!

Un chalet magnifique auprès des pistes!

Je suis resté dans ce chalet pendant une semaine et j'ai passé un séjour fantastique. Le chalet est situé juste à côté des pistes et l'après-midi, quand il y a assez de neige, on pouvait skier jusqu'à la porte d'entrée! Le chalet est très agréable et nous a offert un beau séjour. Les 4 chambres dans la résidence sont d'une taille comfortable et l'appart peut facilement loger près de dix personnes. La cuisine est très moderne et a un style contemporain qui est très joliment juxtaposé avec l'architecture traditionnelle de l'immeuble. Du salon, il y a une belle vue des pistes comme vous pouvez voir dans la photo. La ville de Saint Martin est très jolie et paisible. Avec le supermarché situé à quelques minutes de marche du chalet, il n'y avait pas de difficulté en termes de nourriture. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et ont répondu à nos questions à chaque fois que l'on leur demandait quelque chose. Ma famille et moi avons passés un merveilleux séjour de ski et d'après-ski dans ce chalet. Nous le recommandons à tous.

unbeatable luxury, incredible location!

We spent a glorious long weekend in this Chalet in the Adele complex and were extremely impressed by how close it is to the lifts and pistes. A true ski in/ski out. The chalet itself is luxuriously appointed with plenty of space both in the bedrooms and the living area. It is tastefully furnished and the kitchen is perfectly stocked with everything one could need. The views through the enormous windows were also impressive. The bathrooms are plentiful and immaculate. Having the private ski locker (with heated boot rack) was an extra bonus! The town itself is pretty and traditionally alpine but having the lift so accessible means that it offers access to the 3 Valleys in a matter of minutes. The local bakery providing breakfast delivery and the local deli providing a DIY Raclette were highlights. A real gem of a place and we will definitely be back!!

A fabulous property in a great location

I would highly recommend this property to friends and relatives. The layout of the property was superb with a great living room space and amazing balcony with views across the valley. The beds were extremely comfortable and bathrooms well appointed. The property was in a great location and we were able to ski right to the door. Ski hire shop and lift passes were just a very short walk across the slope. St Martin de Belleville is a charming alpine resort and there were many excellent restaurants and a great deli. I would definitely book this property again.

Fabulous 4 days in St Martin de Bellevill

We had the most marvellous time whilst staying in the pretty resort of St Martin de Belleville.

We were 6 lovely ladies away for a few days with the most perfect skiing conditions, accommodation, restaurants and fun.

The apartment was fabulously located at the bottom of the ski run so no hiking with boots, skis and poles. The apartment has four bedrooms, lots of bathrooms-loads of hot water, a spacious kitchen/dinner with a comfy seating area along with a dream view. This is the ideal space for a family or a large group of friends. There is also a lockable boot room downstairs with boot heaters. Luxury all the way.

There are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance but the village is not too crazy busy. One evening, we ate in a local restaurant with the farm animals grazing downstairs in the restaurant-not good for the vegetarians amongst you!

What a treat. We had so much fun and will definitely be going again!!

SUPERB SELF CATERING; THE FINEST LOCATION

This is a fantastic chalet; extremely comfortable, home from home and with fabulous views and no distance into the delightful village which has all you need for self catering as well as great restaurants. The chalet is set up with all home comforts, as well as having all you need for ease of skis/boots. Secure locker room with boot warmers. The location for skiing is next to none; easy access to the Three Valleys yet a feeling of being secluded when off the slopes as well as being ski in ski out.

We know the region extremely well and think that the three valleys ski area is the best in the world. We liked the authentic French village charm of Saint Martin and the excellent restaurants.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Train : Moutiers at 20 Kilometres

Coast/Beach:

Saint Martin de Belleville becomes a fully-working summer resort throughout July and August and the range of nearby activities is considerably more than the utterly splendid walking: swimming, cycling/mountain biking (follow the cycle path along the gorgeous Isère river from Moutiers to Bourg St Maurice, bike hire available), zip-wiring (there are a number of nearby adventure courses, catering adults and kids too), white water rafting

Travel:

Saint Martin de Belleville is easily accessed from a number of airports. Approximate transfer drive times are as follows: Chambery 1hr15mins, Geneva 2hrs, Grenoble and Lyon each 2hrs15mins

Further Details:

There are many fantastic restaurants in Saint Martin de Belleville including the two Michelin star restaurant - La Bouitte.

Guides and Ski School: Guiding and ski school is arranged from Saint Martin. The ski school ESF (Ecole de Ski Francais) takes children at different stages from 3 years and above.

Ski Hire: Is available in Saint Martin through Ski Shop Twinner and other shops.

The apartment is newly built in 2013 and in fantastic condition. The apartment could not be better located. It is ski in ski out and the main lift is just across the piste from the apartment. The views from the balcony are breathtaking. The centre of the village is a five minute walk away.
