We are proud to present 'Villa Mermaid' - a stunning property offering all the comfort & convenience one would expect from a luxury holiday home. Situated in a private and elevated position - with magnificent panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and mediterranean sea. About the villa:

Built on a 1200m2 plot, the house occupies approximately 500m2, with a private garage, 150m2 wooden sundeck and 12x5m pool. Superb views are to be enjoyed from the terrace and pool!

Completely renovated to a high standard, every detail has been carefully planned with luxury and comfort in mind. Tasteful furnishings and contemporary artworks feature prominently throughout - providing warmth and colour and giving the villa a 'gallery' feel.

The villa is built on 3 levels, and comprises of:

Main level (street entrance):

Bright and welcoming entrance hall with guest wc, intercom and alarm.

New modern open-plan kitchen featuring American-style double door fridge, high tech applicances, breakfast bar 'island' & spectacular mountain views.

Utility room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board etc.

Dining area leading on to a terrace with superb views over the pool and mediterranean beyond.

Large open-plan lounge areas with cosy sofas, reclining chaise, tv, cd/dvd, and sliding patio doors leading to the terrace.

Upper Level:

3 comfortable double bedrooms - all stylishly designed with high quality beds and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Direct access from all rooms to spacious balconies with amazing views.

Lower Level:

Large 'playroom' with TV, sofas, playstation, arcade-style football game etc.

Large ensuite bedroom with 2 double beds and direct access to the sundeck and pool area.

Wooden sundeck with BBQ/grill, sunloungers, sun canopies and thatched 'chiringuito' with sofas.

About El Rosario:

El Rosario is an exclusive and secure community of private villas on the east coast of Marbella - popular with tourists and residents alike. Within the Community is a small Commercial centre with a supermarket, restaurants and bars and the excellent Royal Tennis Club (formerly El Casco). The local beach is one of the best on the coast and only a 5 minute drive down the hill. There is also direct access for walking in the surrounding countryside - and several golf courses flank El Rosario including The Marbella Golf Club (tennis here also), Santa Clara, Rio Real and Santa Maria. The sandy beach at El Rosario is only a couple of minutes drive from the villa, with good parking, sun loungers & canopies for hire, a beach bar with good dining, plus a very nice restaurant close by. For those wishing to be more up market Nikki Beach is 5 minutes by car from the villa and is great for dining and people watching! Remember to dress up to go there!

(Car recommended to discover the fantastic surroundings with typical white mountain villages and coast, but if you prefer to travel without car, there is a bus stop on the main road at El Rosario and frequent buses to Malaga and Marbella with good connections beyond. Also good taxi services.)

Short distance (10 mins by car) to Marbella's quaint old town with it's winding streets, interesting shops and restaurants. The famous Puerto Banús with its yacht harbour, fashion boutiques and malls is only a 15 mins drive - and Málaga with its historic city centre, museums and port is an easy 40 minute drive.

Within a 10 minutes walk from the villa is the renowned Royal Tennis Club with its bar and restaurant, four more superb Restaurants, two Coffee Shops, Car hire, Newsagent, Hairdressers, Beauty Parlour and Supermarket. The restaurants are ideally located within walking distance so no need to worry about drinking and driving.

Saturday to Saturday, arrival 3 pm, departure 10:30 am, although these can be flexible depending upon demand.
