3 Bedroom House (sleeps up to 8) in Kato Paphos. With large shared pool, close to beach & restaurants and fully air conditioned.

A beautiful family house situated in a fantastic location in Kato Paphos. It has a large shared pool with secure gated entrance, air conditioning in all rooms, an outdoor dining and barbecue area with plenty of space, making it perfect for a large family or even two families to enjoy. Facilities include free private wi-fi and a 40 inch flat screen TV. There are over 200 English TV channels, including all sport and movies included in the cost. A Cyprus style barbecue is available to use in the large open barbecue area at the front of the house, great for socialising out in the warm evening air. Indoors there is a large living/dining room with separate fully equipped kitchen.

The harbour and beaches are a 10 minute walk away from the house and an even closer 2 minute walk away is a large selection of bars and restaurants. The popular tourist attraction, Tomb of the Kings and the brand new indoor shopping mall and cinema complex are also just a short distance away. The wonderful local attractions of Coral Bay beach, Aphrodite's Rock and Adonis Baths are all within a short drive and there are golf courses, Go Karts, bowling, quad bike hire nearby for people wanting lots of activity.

About Helena Pinder

Myself, my Mum, Brother and Sister bought this house as a holiday home in 2009. We wanted somewhere that we could go to as a family (that is ever-growing with children!) to create lots of happy memories.

We decided to rent it out for others to enjoy as it seemed a shame for it to be standing empty when we were not using it.

Great family owned rental

The property is very convenient for bars / restaurants and the harbour, which are no more than 5 to 15 mins walk. There is a lovely bakery about 15 mins walk and their is supermarket about 10 mins walk heading towards the harbour in one of the back streets, it is sign posted.

The accommodation is well equipped with all the facilities you'd like. Outside area is clean. If you love cats you'll be in your element here, we had a friendly one waiting on the patio each morning.

Rooms are airy and clean and plenty of bedding if you ever need that extra warmth at night. We were a family of 5 (4 adults / 1 child) and didn't find we were on top of each other.

I would most definitely stay here again.

Lovely Property close to Paphos Harbour

We had a lovely holiday at this property, it is close, but not too close, to Paphos harbour area with easy access to the bars and restaurants.

The property is very well appointed and nicely decorated.

Fantastic quiet location, minutes from bars, restaurants, beaches and harbour

We have recently returned from a week staying in this villa. There were 8 of us in total (7 adults and I child) and there was plenty of room for us all. The villa was very clean and its location cannot be beaten! It is situated in a quiet street that is really close to restaurants and bars, the harbour and beaches – all within a 5-10 minute walk. Despite being round the corner from the lively Bar Street we never had any disturbances, it was lovely and peaceful. The shared swimming pool (just around the corner from the villa) was really clean and although there are not many communal sunbeds and umbrellas we always managed to find enough, not that all 8 of us were there at the same time! The only slight negative with regards to the villa is that the water pressure in the showers was really poor, making showering a bit long-winded as shampoo took a long time to wash out! The shower at the pool was much better and a couple of our party took to showering there in their swimwear! This doesn’t detract from this being a really good villa to rent in a brilliant central location.

Lovely peaceful holiday home. Perfect location.

Lovely property with excellent amenities. Perfect location near to everything. Stayed with wife, daughter and another couple and there was plenty of room (two bathrooms was very convenient). Really peaceful place but close enough to walk to nearby shops/bars etc. Shared pool was usually quiet and a really nice relaxing place to be. The owner was extremely efficient answering queries immediately and very helpful, as was Sam, who looks after the property and came round the morning after we arrived to show us round. Really nice bars and restaurants around this area and very reasonable. Friends Bar five minute walk away was brilliant - really nice cheap food, friendly staff and live music at night. The harbour/sea front is really pretty and bus/taxi service reasonable and easily accessible. Would recommend without hesitation this house where we had a fantastic holiday.

Family of 5 holiday

This was our 2nd year visiting Paphos. We stayed at Avanti Village last year but with increased prices we wanted a more economic option, along with more room and closer to the centre. I couldn't fault the owners direct experience from start to finish. The accommodation we chose was very reasonably priced, well presented and fabulously spacious. It was equipped with everything we needed for a very comfortable homely stay. There was wifi and British tv, which was great to relax the kids out of the sun on many occasion. The only slight down side was shower cubicle could do with attention and the power of the shower was lacking. It's well situated with a less than 10 min walk to the harbour and supermarket, with many family friendly restaurants starting just round the corner. The pool was ideal for our 3 children and relatively quiet, although we were there out with English holidays. I would think the 4-5 usable umbrellas would be at a premium if busier. I would definitely recommend it to friends and would absolutely rebook if we return in the future.

The house is within 1/2 mile of the seafront with harbour, designated swimming areas with changing rooms, coastal path and two small sandy beaches with seafront bar/cafes. The larger beaches - such as the large tourist area of Coral Bay, with paragliding, jet ski and banana boat hire etc. are a 15 minute drive away and has a regular bus service to and from. There are many quiet secluded and beautiful golden beaches scattered along the nearby coastline.


The nearest airport (Paphos) is within a 20 minute drive and there are many car hire companies offering cars for hire for less than 100 Euros per week. There is however, a regular bus service (and taxis) from the airport that stops just a few minutes walk from the house so a hire car is not essential.


The house is within 2 minutes walk of a large selection of bars and restaurants and the beach and harbour are a 10 minute walk.

Coral Bay is 15 mins drive away with it's fantastic golden beaches.

Latchi is approx 30 mins drive and caters for all water sports as well as being popular for high quality and affordable local food tavernas. The town of Polis is approx 30 mins by car, it is a thriving town catering for tourism and traditional crafts and with restaurants for all tastes and budgets.

Further Details:

There is a large air conditioned supermarket within walking distance of the house and a 24 hour convenience store is within 3 minute walk for those essential items.

The short walk into town provides all the amenities such as banks with ATM, tourist information, bus stops, vast choice of eateries and outdoor bar areas with sea views.
