*We had a very positive experience- from the very first phone call to the owner (who was the very essence of courtesy and helpfulness) to our return home. The whole rental procedure was smooth and trouble free. The apartment itself was situated in a quiet, private, gated and secure complex. It was clean, tidy and fully equipped. The lounge was very spacious and comfortable. The bedroom was large with two very comfortable single beds. The crowning glory of our stay was the large sunny south facing balcony. Approximately half the balcony was nicely shaded by a well positioned pergola. This was appreciated as the balcony got sun from dawn to dusk. The panoramic sea views from the balcony were truly magnificent???.the photographs on the website hardly do it justice.

*Very nice apartment, peace and quiet. Great view, lots of sun all day and shade too. Owners very good to deal with. Also, great security gates made you feel safe, recommended for quiet break,

Notes on accommodation: For a small fee there is also a high speed fibre optic Internet connection available. The apartment is at the top of the complex and is on the top level of apartments so you will have no noise from people walking around above you! The apartment is managed to the highest standard by a company owned and run by a British couple. In the event of an emergency, they can be reached on their mobile phone. They are also available at their offices in Los Cristianos to solve any problems or answer any questions you might have. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Clean linen and towels provided weekly. Clients should bring their own beach towels. Cleaning is done at the end of the let. Other: Huge balcony with great views over the ocean and Torviscas area. It gets the sun all day and there's nothing better than sitting back on the balcony, under the pergola, drink in hand, watching the sun setting behind the neighbouring island of Gomera

Great relaxing break

We had a great break .The apartment big,very clean , comfy beds , nice big fridge freezer and the best part was the big private balcony which gets the sun from around 10am till it goes down at night . It is a bit out of the town up a hill but if you don’t mind walking it’s worth the hike . We walked to the nearest big supermarket which is 20-25 mins away and just got food and drinks for the week then took a taxi back which was around €6. There is a smaller supermarket and a couple of restaurants 5-10 mins walk away but you do have to come up part of the hill on the way back .I can recommend the Indian it was great . The owners were very good at getting back to us with any questions we had and were happy to let us have the apartment on our last day as we had a late flight .All in all we had a great relaxing break .

Good apartment with great balcony

If you require a apartment where you want to just soak up the sun you will not go wrong here,in March it was very quiet. On the other hand if you want the beach and all the shops and restaurants every day be aware it is a bit climb up the steps. We managed using the local Iceland store 5 mins down the hill and a shop just 10mins up the hill, we ate at the apartment 4 nights which was perfect as you could watch the wonderful sunsets. There are a couple of restaurants nearby which were within easy walking distance. As for the apartment, there is a good shower with plenty of hot water, the kitchen was well equipped and was ideal for heating up pizzas etc. There were a few crumbs on the worktop but not really an issue. The lounge area was large with a good size tv, with English channels 1,2,3,4 plus others in various languages, both sofas were fine and one of these look quite new. The beds were comfortable, as well as the furniture on the balcony. The light on the balcony was not a problem as we found there was enough light coming form the lounge lighting to be able to eat by. We did not use the pool but the area around it looked clean and tidy. We would use this apartment again and do one big shop at the start of the week. Please do not be put off by the location, as others have said before taxis are not that expensive, and the views from the balcony more then make up for the cost of the taxi.

Not impressed, dirty, worn furnishings, only a great view.

Was told one day before arriving the safe was not working, so nowhere to put our valuables, passports etc. I paid extra payment for the safe, this was not refunded !

No lights on the balcony other then a 500watt PIR which was far too bright and kept going out.

Kitchen and apartment dirty , everything had to be washed prior to use. There was no wine glasses either. Bathroom mirror fell off wall exposing live wires from attached lamp, reported and not attended to in the 8 remaining days we had left.

The couch fabric was literally falling to bits hidden by a throw. We had to keep sweeping up the leatherette bits off the floor.

Apartment had a great view large basic balcony , but could not be used at night unless you like dining in the dark or under a floodlight.

All in all , this was a disappointing holiday accommodation.

Fantastic views from generous balcony

Fantastic apartment, larger than many, easy convenient parking. Extra large balcony with loads of space for dining table and loungers, sun all day with spectacular sunsets.

Family holiday

Apartment is clean And has everything you need for a self catering holiday. It's a 15 min walk down the hill to the beach and about 10 mins to a big supermarket.

The pool was great and in our 11 days we went in 3 times with no problem getting a sun bed

The balcony at the apartment is huge and great for Al fresco dining and the sun is always on it.

The walk back up the hill is a killer! My 9 yr old did it everyday and coped well but he is really fit. A taxi was around 4 euros from supermarket or from beach.

Great apartment and great base for us!

Location

Coast/Beach:

It is about 15 mins walk down to San Eugenio where the marina Puerto Colon is and the beach Playa Fanabe.

Travel:

Its approx. 20 min taxi journey from Reina South airport.

Further Details:

There is a large supermarket in San Eugenio, loads of shops, restaurants and bars. But since the complex is back from the main shopping centre there it is nice and quiet. Within 5 mins or so of the complex itself there is a smaller supermarket, laundrette and a few restaurants and bars. There is also Aqualand and a tennis centre. Tenerife's newest waterpark Siam Park is approximately 5 min taxi drive away.
