The property offers extensive storage options throughout. The property benefits from a large, secure and private outside area. The back garden is terraced and offers a well sized patio, incorporating a covered area suitable for barbecues etc. There is also a lawned section. Great place for a family

This was our first holiday away with our 10 month old baby and both sets of in laws. The house was catered for a young baby and with the rooms spread over three floors gave us plenty of room for everyone. The views were lovely and the home made welsh cakes and milk on arrival were really really thoughtful and lovely. We would stay again. Thanks for all your help,

Great Stay

With some Welsh cakes, the owner personally came to meet and greet us. The house is really beautiful and offers views of the bay area from the bedrooms and living room. Beds were especially comfy and we loved the hot tub in the master bedroom. Enjoyed the hikes along the Millennium Path which stretches 12 miles. Good for biking as well (could rent bicycles from owner). Really close to Swansea as well. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Bay View provides the perfect base to enjoy all of the great features of this region, there is easy access to the stunning coast line, a nearby harbour, beaches and Millennium Coastal and Cycle path .The area also offers rural and retail aspects and is within easy reach of the City of Swansea, Mumbles and the many beaches of Gower Peninsular and Pembrokeshire.

Coast/Beach:

You will be close to, Pembrey Country Park, a mere 7-8 minute drive away, or accessed via the Millennium coastal path. This country park has an expansive 'Blue Flag' sandy beach, Motor Circuit course, woodlands, nature trails, children's play areas, a miniature railway, cycle hire, horse riding and a putting course.

Further Details:

The property is located between Llanelli and burry port / pembrey, in the small village of Pwll. The village, providing a local shop, Post Office, Bryngwyn Steak House Restaurant, cafe's and pubs, all within five minutes walking distance. Also on your doorstep is Stradey Castle and Stradey woods. Also kidwelly castle just a ten minute drive away.

Guests at Bay view will be able to easily access the Millennium Coastal path, which is located just 5 minute walk from the property. The path is perfect for walkers and cyclists alike. There are bicycles available for hire for all of the family. There’s also 2 tennis courts & a cafe on the coastal path.

Burry Port is located just 5 minutes drive away, or accessed via the Millennium coastal path. Here there are many small shops, restaurants, a small sandy beach and a harbor, from which Charter boats are available for fishing trips. There are also local sea bass hot spots and fresh water carp lakes.

The many beaches accessible on this coastline provide an array of water-based activities including Surfing, Kite Surfing and Kayaking.

Llanelli Town centre is conveniently located only 5 minutes drive away and provides the facilities of the newly built Eastgate Complex, with its state of the art multi screen cinema, theatre, coffee shops and diverse range of restaurants. The town's leisure centre provides a range of facilities and there is a snooker hall and a numbers of indoor children's activities centres.

Llanelli also has a sandy beach, easily accessible and is situated directly off the Millennium Coastal path; here you will find a visitor's centre, Large Beach Cafe/Coffee shop and ice-cream kiosk. Retail therapy is also catered for in the Trostre retail park, which holds an extensive range of established retailers.
