Comfortable Apartment With an Ideal Location Close to Most Places of Interest, Sleeps 2-4 -1bedroom

The apartment is in a newly converted house in the centre of Seville. It is entirely refurbished with all new appliances, on the 3rd floor with a secure lift. It has 2 magnificent, private terraces, 1 with shade and chairs and a table, the other with sun loungers. It has one bedroom with twin beds, and a sofa bed which sleeps 2. The kitchen is newly installed with hob, microwave oven and cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and fully equipped. The bathroom has a large modern shower. The bedroom is at the back of the house and very quiet. The apartment is double glazed with air conditioning and central heating.

We live in the Sierra Norte on an olive farm with 2 dogs, 3 cats and 4 horses, and not much time to stay in our flat.

We love Seville - it is a really wonderful city that combines fascinating history with a terrific vitality.

We like this part of Seville because it is so central. It has all the best shops and is within walking distance of all the historic monuments but retains its local character. It is easy to access, by car,by train and easy to get to the airport.

What makes this apartment unique

The terrace is a wonderful place to sit and relax after a hard day´s sightseeing or shopping and has many good tapas bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. It also has a well equipped kitchen, if you want to cook.

Internet Access, TV Outside: The lower terrace is planted and has an automatic watering system. Both terraces are private. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included. The property is cleaned and the linen cleaned and the linen changed at the end of the stay. Other: 2 balconies, 1 with plants, shade, 2 armchairs, table and sofa. the other with 2 loungers.

Fabulous location in Central seville

Location of the apartment is perfect with most historical sites a 15 minute walk away. It's a 30 minute walk from the station or 10 euros in a taxi. There are many fantastic bars and restaurants very close.

The apartment has most things you need to self cater including a dishwasher. It is relatively small but perfectly fine for 2 people. However if you have long hair take your own hairdryer! The terraces are fantastic! Both have lovely views over the rooftops of seville, the one leading from the lounge has a lovely shady area to enjoy dinner and a glass or 2,the roof terrace has 2 sun loungers where you can soak up some sun. The beds were comfy but the sofa is probably the most uncomfortable I've sat on!

There is a lift directly to the 3rd floor into the apartment, which is a must if you have heavy luggage. Sadly it wasn't working the day we arrived but was fixed during our stay. This was apparently something that happened every now and then.

In summary I'd definitely recommend this apartment and would stop again.

Great location in the heart of Seville

A lovely modern apartment ideal for 2 people (1 bedroom with 2 single beds). Very clean and well equipped with all needs catered for; a lift from downstairs straight into the 3rd floor apartment made things less strenuous given the heat! A choice of 2 terraces this was perfect for our 3-night stay with excellent restaurants nearby and main sites within walking distance. Didn't manage to get to grips with the Wi-Fi but it wasn't a big deal for us. Diana was a perfect hostess and we have no hesitation in recommending this.

A very comfortable accommodation in Seville

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Seville and especially our stay at the flat. The flat is very comfortable and accommodated us with everything you require for a city break. It is also situated near many great 'typically Spanish' restaurants and tapas bars. Thank you Diana - we hope to come back!

The location of this apartment is sensational. We walked to all the tourist sites with the supermarket and bakery just around the corner. The terrace makes this apartment and we had drinks there every evening. On our first night we chatted to the guy across the street and he sent us dining recommendations on a paper airplane!! The two major drawbacks to this apartment were that there was no shelving for clothes and more importantly the power cut out and had to be reset several times an evening.
