Comfortable Apartment With an Ideal Location Close to Most Places of Interest, Sleeps 2-4 -1bedroom

The apartment is in a newly converted house in the centre of Seville. It is entirely refurbished with all new appliances, on the 3rd floor with a secure lift. It has 2 magnificent, private terraces, 1 with shade and chairs and a table, the other with sun loungers. It has one bedroom with twin beds, and a sofa bed which sleeps 2. The kitchen is newly installed with hob, microwave oven and cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and fully equipped. The bathroom has a large modern shower. The bedroom is at the back of the house and very quiet. The apartment is double glazed with air conditioning and central heating.

We like this part of Seville because it is so central. It has all the best shops and is within walking distance of all the historic monuments but retains its local character. It is easy to access, by car,by train and easy to get to the airport.

What makes this apartment unique

The terrace is a wonderful place to sit and relax after a hard day´s sightseeing or shopping and has many good tapas bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. It also has a well equipped kitchen, if you want to cook.

Perfect for 2

Other reviewers have already covered major points about this great little place. It is small, yes, clean, yes, comfortable for 2 people, yes (only a small kid could be added without major discomfort), it is modern with an elevator, a functional kitchen and a great shower. Also the terrace extends the living space a lot. You find there all you need except, surprisingly, any usable shelf space anywhere (we had to leave our stuff that was not hanging in our suitcases or on the chairs we did not need to sit on). For all these advantages, the price is very moderate.

The location is as central as possible, with major points of interest within easy walking distance. There are several bread shops around and an excellent supermarket in the basement of the big store El Corte Inglès, less than 5 minutes away on foot on the opposite side of San Pablo (take the small passageway from Murillo to San Pablo to avoid narrow sidewalks and heavy traffic). There is a taxi stand near El Corte Inglès (the rather long trip to and from Santa Justa train station costs around 10 Euros).

The owner is efficient and business-like. She does not live in Seville but she is easy to deal with and provides you when you arrive with all the information needed. I would definitely come back there. I strongly recommend this vacation rental..

Small, but comfortable and very well situated. Very modern and safe, with easy access.

A well appointed apartment with excellent equipment and wifi. Very comfortable for two adults, but I think that four adults would be pushing it. Two adults and two children would be okay. Beds very comfortable and general furniture comfortable and adequate for two. An absence of shelves and coat hooks made it quite difficult to stow stuff, which was an inconvenience. There was however a very suitable wardrobe in the bedroom. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Seville and would definitely return.

A great place to discover Seville

This apartment is in a superb position, only one road back from the main shopping thoroughfare, but quiet. About 10 minutes walk from the old town and the cathedral area. Plenty of good tapas bars nearby and a very comprehensive supermarket about 200 m away.

Having two sun terraces, one being on the roof, means that even in December one can enjoy the sun.

The kitchen equipment was more than adequate, but there was a shortage of work surface. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The local markets were a little disappointing but this was December. There are green walks along the river and in the huge park Maria Luisa.

The only blot on the landscape was that, due to a misunderstanding and the vagueness of the Christmas post, we didn't get our security deposit returned until a month after we returned.

Charming centrally located apartment

Fully equipped, clean and quiet apartment. Located in a lovely neighbourhood with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Less than 10 mins walk to the central bus station if travelling outside Seville (we took the bus on a day trip to Aracena - 75 mins,and did some fantastic walking in the Sierras). Diana is a friendly and helpful host and I would not hesitate in staying here again.

Great city centre apartment

The apartment is perfect for 2 people with everything you need for a city break. The outdoor areas are super for enjoying the city experience and you can close the door if you want a quieter air conditioned environment. Everything you need is nearby El Corte Ingles for food shopping, la molana for tapas, a couple of bars, churros and ice cream all within 50m. Diana is a charming and helpful host. we'll definitely come back.
