The apartment is in a newly converted house in the centre of Seville. It is entirely refurbished with all new appliances, on the 3rd floor with a secure lift. It has 2 magnificent, private terraces, 1 with shade and chairs and a table, the other with sun loungers. It has one bedroom with twin beds, and a sofa bed which sleeps 2. The kitchen is newly installed with hob, microwave oven and cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and fully equipped. The bathroom has a large modern shower. The bedroom is at the back of the house and very quiet. The apartment is double glazed with air conditioning and central heating.

Enjoyable stay

Very good location and nice property. Compact but fine for 2 people. The bedroom is quiet and the beds comfy , so good sleep quality. The shower is good. My daughter stayed for 2 nights. The sofa bed needs replaced. It is very lacking in padding as a sofa, and the vinyl is flaking off and sticks to your clothes. The large terrace is lovely, though both sun loungers are ripped and need replaced. The ‘ digibox’ did not work , so no TV. Though we did not bother trying to alter input to TV etc , as not in Seville to watch telly. All in all this was a lovely flat for our purposes in Seville, and I would book again ,

City centre flat in Seville

This is something of a mixed review. The good…location, good communication, nice kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with comfy beds and storage, lift, top floor terrace, good Wi-Fi. The bad, possibly the most uncomfortable old tatty sofa we’ve had in a b&b, chairs not much better. Not tatty, just uncomfortable . Just not possible to enjoy staying in for the evening. Lovely terrace but awful old sun damaged furniture and planters with dead plants. Sun loungers completely unusable. Could be lovely but just not. Kitchen was well equipped but bizarrely no waste bin or bowls for cereal/ soup etc Good shower but the doors don’t close properly. All in all a 3 out of 5 but with a little more care could be a 5. Fantastic location all sights in easy reach. The host was helpful.

Another excellent hoiday

This was our third holiday in this apartment which speaks for itself! Diana is always very welcoming and easily contactable if there is a problem or you need information. The location of the apartment makes it an ideal base for exploring Seville and the spacious balcony a lovely place to relax.

Comfortable flat , great location , excellent outdoor space.

We enjoyed staying in this flat so much ,we returned- and hope to stay there again.The location is great for sight-seeing ,shopping and eating out , most of Seville’s central area being within easy walking distance. The beds are comfortable and the bedroom is quiet being at the far end of the flat from the street. The shower is great and there was always plenty of hot water. We’ve used both the heating and the air-con and both worked well, as did the washing machine. Didn’t do any cooking but there was plenty of equipment provided.The lift is such a bonus, 3 flights of stairs would be too much for my husband , who has MS , or anyone after enjoying all Seville has to offer.

We love Seville - it is a really wonderful city that combines fascinating history with a terrific vitality.

Why they chose this property

We like this part of Seville because it is so central. It has all the best shops and is within walking distance of all the historic monuments but retains its local character. It is easy to access, by car,by train and easy to get to the airport.

What makes this property unique

The terrace is a wonderful place to sit and relax after a hard day´s sightseeing or shopping and has many good tapas bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. It also has a well equipped kitchen, if you want to cook.
