Comfortable Apartment With an Ideal Location Close to Most Places of Interest, Sleeps 2-4 -1bedroom

The apartment is in a newly converted house in the centre of Seville. It is entirely refurbished with all new appliances, on the 3rd floor with a secure lift. It has 2 magnificent, private terraces, 1 with shade and chairs and a table, the other with sun loungers. It has one bedroom with twin beds, and a sofa bed which sleeps 2. The kitchen is newly installed with hob, microwave oven and cooker, washing machine, dishwasher and fully equipped. The bathroom has a large modern shower. The bedroom is at the back of the house and very quiet. The apartment is double glazed with air conditioning and central heating.

We live in the Sierra Norte on an olive farm with 2 dogs, 3 cats and 4 horses, and not much time to stay in our flat.

We love Seville - it is a really wonderful city that combines fascinating history with a terrific vitality.

Great city centre apartment

The apartment is perfect for 2 people with everything you need for a city break. The outdoor areas are super for enjoying the city experience and you can close the door if you want a quieter air conditioned environment. Everything you need is nearby El Corte Ingles for food shopping, la molana for tapas, a couple of bars, churros and ice cream all within 50m. Diana is a charming and helpful host. we'll definitely come back.

Outstanding flat near old town Seville

We spent 6 nights at Diana's flat and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was very nice to have our private elevator deliver us to our apartment. It was very secure and beautiful.

The flat was located near old town Sevilla and minutes to good restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. It was very quiet at night for sleeping . The flat had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It did not have a dresser for clothing, but we were creative with what the closet provided. We spent time on the outdoor patio where we enjoyed having breakfast and before dinner drinks and listening to the buzz of the city.

All told it was a pleasant stay and would not hesitate to recommend this flat to anyone.

Great location!

Dianas apartment in Seville more than met our expectations. It is well placed for walking around the city and the no.32 bus to Santa Justa rail station is 5 minutes walk away. The apartment was clean, comfortable ( during a very hot weather period...41') and had everything we needed. We will certainly stay here again when in Seville.

Ideal Apartment

Exactly as advertised, ideal for the two of us. Diana met us at the apartment and showed us around. Very quiet, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Lovely large terrace, perfect for relaxing at anytime.

Ideal location for walking around the old city. Lots of bars and restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets a few minutes walk from the apartment.

We had a great week.

A lovely little apartment right in the Centre of things.

This is a great little apartment with two fabulous terraces. It was close to everything you could need; shops, restaurants and the sights are all within walking distance. Everything was spotlessly clean and ready for us.

Property was outstanding.

The property was much better than expectations. Location is just outside of the main tourist area. You can walk to the Cathedral in 15 minutes, or you can go to some of the places nearby where the locals hang out (check out the roof top restaurant the El Corte Ingles at Plaza del Duque). There is also an extremely cool old church just around the corner which I doubt is on anyone's tourist itinerary.

The apartment itself is on the top floor, with a small elevator. There is a large porch, and a bonus rooftop area as well. The apartment has a single bedroom, well stocked kitchen, and smallish but functional living room. The kitchen has a combo washer/dryer which will confuse you until you watch the youtube video. Bathroom was the best we seen in two weeks of travelling in Spain and Portugal. Everything is up to date and function.

The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that it took 3 weeks to get my deposit returned. Diana was supposed to meet me at checkout and return my deposit then, but she could not make it. So, it took 3 weeks for the check to make it Madrid. No doubt some of the delay was due to the slow Spanish mail, but the check was also mailed quite some time after we left. To be fair, Diana is a lovely person and I would not let this issue keep you from renting a supurb apartment in a fantastic city.

We like this part of Seville because it is so central. It has all the best shops and is within walking distance of all the historic monuments but retains its local character. It is easy to access, by car,by train and easy to get to the airport.
