The village of Mylor Bridge is close by it has a superb selection of shops, a general store, butcher, fishmonger, newsagent/post office. There are also many other eating places within easy reach including the famous Pandora Inn and Castaways, a restaurant at Mylor Yacht harbour which specialises in local seafood.

Outside: A sun deck overlooking the Creek, with views of the large private lawn which runs down to the creek edge. Patio table & chairs and a barbecue set. Utility Room: Washing Machine & Tumble Dryer Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen & house towels provided, change weekly. Please bring your own beach towels. Other: There is a second sitting room with views over the creek at one end and patio doors leading onto a garden terrace at the other end. It has a colour television, DVD and in addition to a sofa and armchair, has a table and four chairs.

The house will be ready by 4pm, departure by 10am.
