Five minutes walk to resort reception with bank, golf clubhouse and spa/gym. Ten minutes stroll down to the beach and Praca for bars and restaurants with live entertainment from June-Sept. Football and tennis academies nearby.Horse riding only a short drive away. Supermarket and medical centre at resort entrance.

Notes on accommodation: Casa Pimenta has been totally re-built for 2014. Externally, we have kept a "Portuguese feel", whilst giving the interior a spacious, open plan, modern design. The villa is our second home and as such is beautifully furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The pool is large with an integral shallow area for children and the outdoor gardens and terraces offer plenty of sun or shade. There is a large brick built BBQ with sink. Outside: Newly landscaped front and rear gardens with external lighting. Covered terrace with table for eight. Large private swimming pool ( heating optional ) with sun bathing areas with eight sun beds. Large BBQ with sink. Private parking for two cars. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Weekly towel, linen and maid service included. Daily maid service available at extra cost. Other: Outside store with pool toys. 8 sun beds. Outdoor clothes drying area. Lovely gardens front and rear. Off street parking for 2 cars. Cot & high hair can be provided.

Super Villa and Great Location.

We stayed n the villa in 2015 and were very happy to return this year. It is beautifully presented,spacious and tastefully decorated. The master bedroom with terrace overlooking the golf course is lovely.

The villa is centrally located for the beach, Praca, tennis and golf clubhouse. It is also close to a well stocked supermarket.

Thank you Keren for your help, information and for offering a beautiful, well equipped home. We enjoyed our return visit very much!

Best holiday in a long time!

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Pimenta. It has everything you need - it's so well equipped we commented that we felt like it was "home" from day one, which you don't often find when you rent some villas. The villa is exactly as per the photos - really clean and modern. There are two double bedrooms and two twins. We stayed with our baby twins and a toddler (plus our family) and it was big enough for us all. The veranda in the garden is perfect for relaxing from the sun with a glass of wine in hand. Casa Pimenta is in a great location and a short 10 walk to the Praca - it's an even shorter walk if you are feeling a bit lazy and only want to go as far as the clubhouse. We would definitely return!

It was a little bit tricky to find at first, as the house number was hidden by the pepper tree.

The villa was fantastic, so many rooms! It would be ideal for more than one family to share at a time, although plan for an argument on who gets the master bedroom with the roof terrace.

The kitchen had everything appliance you could think of. If you are arriving late at night, be aware that you'll only find the cooking basics in the kitchen plus tea & coffee. There is a supermarket 15mins walk away which has everything you need.

The pool was fantastic, having it heated was great. There were floats and toys there too. The deep end is deep but it has a very useful step to rest on.

The beach is fantastic, only 15 mins walk away. There are a selection of restaurants there. They were acceptable.

The amount of information given by the owner is advance of our holiday was outstanding. Once you arrive, there are huge files with every other bit of information you need. They followed up after we returned to ensure that we'd had a great time.

It was well maintained and clean.

We only stayed for five nights, when we return, we would hire a car and stay for longer.

Beautiful villa in an outstanding location

Modern, clean and beautiful villa situated to the side of a golf fairway. Vale do Lobo is a wonderful location with a beautiful beach walking distance and numerous bars/ restaurants to choose from. Thoroughly recommended. We will definitely be visiting again.

Vale Do Lobo is 15 kilometres- 20 minutes drive - west of FARO airport. Car hire is recommended (but not essential) and we can assist with this with local contacts.

Distances:

Faro - 15 kilometres

Almancil - 4 kilometres

Quateira - 4 kilometres

Loule - 8 kilometres

Further Details:

There are dozens of restaurants - beach bars to michelin star - within a few minutes drive and a good variety within walking distance in the VDL complex.

There is a supermarket and bakery at the entrance to VDL and a variety of international and local supermarkets nearby. Local gypsy markets. Horse riding nearby.
