This newly renovated studio apartment is situated in the heart of the idyllic vale of Mawgan which is home to a local pub, shop, church and suprisingly, a Japanese garden!

A 2 minute drive from Newquay airport and a 5 minute drive (or 30 minute walk) from the closest beach it is the ideal spot for a stress free getaway.

As dog owners ourselves we welcome guests with pooches of their own, and can provide insider advice for the best walking spots and dog friendly pubs (the closest of which is a 2 minute walk away!).

We provide internet, linen and a welcome pack, which is included in our rates, and best of all off street parking.

The 56 bus, one of the most picturesque bus routes in Cornwall stops 150m from the front door which you can use to venture either to vibrant Cornish towns Padstow or Newquay.

About Lynne Mann

Me and my partner have been local to the area for the past 15 years, we live next door with our two dogs (Dotty and Boots) and are passionate walkers and surfers.

We love nothing more than to explore the cornish coastline on our days off, so have plenty of advice to give you on where to visit and what to do during your stay if you want it.

As previous Cornish holiday makers ourselves, we make it our priority to ensure you have an enjoyable and relaxing stay!
