We can't recommend this property enough as we absolutely loved it. This apartment was a great find. We were 4 adults and found this penthouse apartment furnished to a very high standard and fully equipped, a real home from home.

The complex benefits from a large pool and garden area which were maintained to an equally high standard.

The gated complex was quiet and relaxing yet it was only a five minute walk to the beach, central Santa Ponsa and supermarkets.

A meet and greet service was provided which was of great benefit for information regarding the apartment facilities and surrounding area.

We would recommend this to everyone and would love to stay there again.

Booking Notes:
This exclusive penthouse apartment is available normally Saturday to Saturday from 3pm on day of arrival and departure at 10am on the last day to allow for cleaning. A deposit of 30% is required to secure a booking. The balance is required 8 weeks prior to departure. A refundable breakage deposit of £200 is payable with final balance, it will be returned within 14 days, subject to no damage. It is important to telephone us & confirm availability before returning the booking form and deposit.

Changeover Day:
Normal changeover day is on a Saturday.

Notes on prices:
Prices are shown in UK Pounds per week.
Discounts are possible for Long term lets and or over the Autumn/Winter months. Bookings for less than 5 days available by separate negotiation.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the apartment. We reserve the right to re-let the apartment if the deposit is not paid within 10 days of booking. The deposit is not returned if "anti-social behaviour or breaking of the community rules is reported i.e noise at night and disturbances. If a booking is made within eight weeks of the actual arrival date, full payment is required.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
