Villa Delfin is a luxury detached villa fully equipped and furnished to a high standard, situated in a quiet residential area, surrounded by mountain peaks, on a large plot of 840m2. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All rooms have air conditioning and oil fired central heating for those cooler winter nights. The villa can easily accommodate all generations of your family group and prove a great family home in the sun. The mature gardens are planted with a variety of large trees and shrubs which offer privacy all round the property. Beside the 12 x 5m pool with Roman steps is a superb summer kitchen with built in BBQ and dining area. The villa has a large brick built car port with parking for several cars. Camposol golf course is a short distance from the villa, and it's just a 15 minute to 30km of golden sandy beaches. The nearby sierra Espuna national park is favourite for cycling and walking. Local shops and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away.

We ask a 250 euro downpayment when booking.

About the Owner

We, Fre and Grietje from the Netherlands, bought our stunning villa in May 2014. We immediately fell for this splendidly fully furnished detached house with swimming pool on a large tract of land. There is also a sizeable outside summer kitchen where you can utterly enjoy the long Spanish evenings.

We own a car which can be rented.

We chose the location of Camposol because we definitely wanted to be close to the important amenities, such as a supermarket, other shops and services, restaurants, tennis courts and an 18-hole golf course with club house.

You will find yourself in an area that is well worth exploring, and we wish you a very pleasant stay and a wonderful holiday.

Great location, great facilities, great villa

Had a fabulous stay at this clean, well laid out villa. The pictures really don't do it justice.

Good local amenities are both close by and in the adjoining area, the 'Square' in sector B is well worth a visit, they have good quality entertainment on most nights and a few good eating establishments.

Anita, the Owners representative is friendly, helpful and always available. Jonathon the 'Pool Man' is worth getting to know too, he has a wealth of local knowledge that he's happy to share.

All 3 generations of the family had a great time and are all looking forward to returning next year.

Fantastic Villa Everything you could wish for

We have just returned from Villa Define in Camposol Murcia. This Villa had everything we were hoping for and more . My family all had a little piece of their own space by the way the villa is designed. My Son his partner and my grandaughter had the main villa. This meant that if little one got up early she did not wake up the rest of the party as other rooms were either a separate annex at the back with separate entrance or a room upstairs that had its own staircase and was a really good size with balcony. Everything was really clean and we used all the facilities that the villa had to offer. Beautiful large pool, hot tub,and outdoor kitchen. There are some wonderful beaches in Mazorron about 20 minutes drive but we'll worth it . Only a few bars and resturant but there is a great supermarket 2 minutes drive away that has everything including great fresh fish. Will say you do need a car. We had a fantastic time and will be back again xx

Everything you need for the holidays

We had a very nice stay at Villa Delfin at Camposol! The house was spacious, clean and well equiped; it even has an outdour kitchen, which proved to be very useful for making delicious paellas. The hot tub was also lovely! The neighbourhoud offers a shopping centre and some nice restaurants on walking distance.

Wonderful vacation home

I stayed here for a week with my girlfriend in October. The house is well equipped, everything you need is there; full kitchen, great outside furniture, television inside with satellite, decent wifi.

Especially the pool area is great. Even in October it was warm enough to sunbathe. We used the outside kitchen a lot to prepare breakfast and lunches.

Would definitely recommend & we're planning on going again!

Very chilled out and luxurious villa

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Delfin!

It's fully equipped, you can prepare everything you want. Also plenty of space around the house, so a lot of places to sit.

We enjoyed the big jacuzzi and the outside kitchen the most.

We'll definitely coming back!

The surrounding area has much to offer, with the boulevard of Puerta de Mazzaron with its perfect sandy beaches and harbour, and the Bolnuevo beach at only a twenty minutes’ drive away from the villa. There are many cultural sights in the area, too, like the historic cities of Aledo, Murcia and Cartagena. The landscape surrounding Campesol is varied, with mountains and valleys, horticulture and orange, lemon and almond trees.

Special interest holidays:

Mazarron is not only sea, but also air - you can go hang-gliding and enjoy some unique views or climb the jagged mountain peaks, where you can see beautiful 'Blue Flag' beaches. Follow paths on foot, bicycle or on horseback through ever changing scenery. If you like adventure sports and being close to nature, you are in the right place. Sierra Espuna - to the north of Mazarron through Totana or Alhama, you will find this beautiful national park. The views are spectacular and along the journey you will find a few small bars and restaurants serving quality and well priced food. There are a number of walks signposted and if you are lucky, you will see wild boar and red squirrels. Puerto Mazarron has superb sandy beaches, secluded coves & a marina. It's also one of the most important centres for marine and sub-aquatic activities in Spain. Sailing/diving can be undertaken at any time of year and the clear waters and rich flora & fauna offer diving enthusiasts some highly interesting depths.

Coast/Beach:

The Bay of Mazarrón is sheltered by the last foothills of the Sierra de la Almenara. Over 35 km of beaches, unspoiled coves and rocky sea beds make this the ideal place for relaxing in the sun, enjoying nautical sports and scuba-diving.

The Bolnuevo Erosions, sandstone monuments sculpted by the water and wind, are another sight well worth seeing. Based right near the shore in Bolnuevo these are well worth the trip with many restaurants and a beautiful beach near by.

Travel:

Fly to San Javier (Murcia) airport only 45 mins away

Fly to Alicante 1hr 15 mins away. Both airports are covered by the main cheap airlines such as Jet2, Ryanair, BMI Baby, Easyjet, Monarch, FlyBe.

Please note that a third airport is due to open soon at Corvera.

Hire of a car is essential to get around and explore the places of interest.

Distances:

10 mins drive to town of Mazarron.

15 mins drive to Puerto Mazarron.

20 mins drive to Totana.

40 mins drive to Lorca, with its castle on the hill, beautiful architecture and fabulous fiestas.

40mins drive to Cartagena, the ancient coastal Roman city with lively port, lots of restaurants and spectacular 'Old City' with narrated tours.

50 mins drive to Aguilas, dating back to Greek/Roman & Moors times, visit the castle, beautiful harbour and 'Levante & Poniente' beaches.

Further Details:

There are all the amenities you require on camposol, several banks and cash machines, hypermarket 'consum', small supermarket, internet cafe's, boutique, a ferretaria (hardware store) which I will defy anybody not to find anything related to the home in there, it's the proverbial 'Aladdin’s cave' there's a bodega for those all important little essentials like wines, spirits, beers etc, which is very well priced and as cheap as the large supermarkets. Opticians, dentist and medical facilities. For those of you not wishing to hire a car there is plenty to do on just camposol itself. If golf is not your thing, you can just relax by the pool enjoying the fabulous climate or during the day go horse riding at the stables on site, or take a leisurely walk admiring the wonderful scenery. By night go and dine at one of the several local restaurants on camposol sector b offering, Italian, Spanish, Chinese, Indian, Bulgarian or English cuisine. These are alongside a number of bars all in a small square. You will also find bowling alley and snooker tables in 'alley palais', it's all there ready for you to enjoy!

or if you fancy a drive out venture down to the marina at puerto de mazarron for some local cuisine and culture, sitting by the yachts and enjoying the ambience of the fishing port town.

A non returnable € 300.00 per week booking fee is required to secure the villa and the balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to occupation.

Changeover Day:
Normal in the high season Saturday to Saturday.However we are flexible on arrival and changeover days.
On the final day of your holiday we kindly request that you vacate the property by 10.00 hours.
You're allowed to enter the villa at the day of arrival at 17.00 hours.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in Euro's. Discount available for longer stays.
All year round availability including Christmas - Due to excellent warm climate.
For smaller parties only wishing to use 3 of the 4 bedrooms a reduced rate may be available subject to availability.
