This spacious house offers two bedrooms on the upper floor (a double and a twin-bedded) with bathroom and toilet.

On the ground floor, a double sofa bed giving an extra sleeping option. The large open plan living and dining areas have doors opening to a terrace with outdoor dining/seating areas and small private garden space south west facing. There is a TV and DVD player.

The well equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer and microwave. There is an attractive breakfast bar leading to the dining area.

The master bedroom has a small balcony with views towards the golf and fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom also has a built-in wardrobe.

There is a bathroom and toilet on the upper floor (shower over the bath) and a separate toilet on the ground floor.

There is a useful lockable external utility space (ideal for storing bikes and golf clubs) which also has a washing machine.

Superb Villa

A super and tasteful welcome pack, full of local surprises including Nico's homemade bread, a great start to the week.

The facilities are excellent, with a heated out door pool, local tennis courts and golf course. The villa is well equipped with all the requirements you need to have a relaxing and enjoyable time. We had a fantastic holiday. The owners restaurant is well worth a visit with outstanding cuisine, and a well stocked wine cellar! Would definitely return.

From the Owner

The complex is set in a quiet, tranquil location and rural position. Neighbouring properties are privately owned, many as holiday homes and holiday lets. Our Golf houses are located directly on the golf course, in 'Green Village' - they can sleep up to 6 (plus infants) and are only a short walk to all of the amenities including the Vendée Séjour reception.The property is close to the local village amenities of Coëx which is accessible on foot or by bike (via local cycle paths) or by car (5 mins) The coastal town of St Gilles Croix de Vie is 15 minutes away with beautiful beaches, large supermarkets and restaurants. Enjoying a microclimate that offers one of the sunniest areas of France, the Vendée region is an ideal holiday destination. Easily accessible by car (cross channel ferries from Dover, Portsmouth and Poole), Eurotunnel or flights to Nantes airport (1 hour) or La Rochelle (2 hours)

Our portfolio of properties are located 15 minutes drive away from the charming coastal town of St Gilles Croix de Vie with its beautiful sandy beach 'La Grande Plage.' The area is served by a good variety of local restaurants and nearby shops. This interesting fishing town serves as the gateway to extensive coastline areas to the north and south and neighbouring resorts.

A wide variety of watersports are available including surfing, kite surfing, fishing and sailing (St Gilles Croix de vie, Brétignolles, Les Sables d' Olonne, St Jean de Monts)


Use of a car is recommended although cycle paths and footpaths lead directly from the residence to several nearby towns and villages and the coast.

Our houses are offering 2 bedrooms and a private garden.Rrenting this property gives you unlimited acces to the heated communal swimming pool. Free WiFi is availabale at our reception. Bed linen, towels and welcome packs (food and toiletries) are included for all our rentals. Travel cot and high chair are also provided free of charge (booking required).
