Barn & Stable Cottage both sleep four in a double and a twin room. One cottage has been recently refurbished but still retains its old country charm, with open fire and wooden beams. The second cottage was converted from Estate barns to a cosy cottage with modern facilities. The location, in the Ochil hills, feels remote but is only 4 miles from nearest town and 1 mile to a friendly pub/restaurant.

Easter Holiday 2017. We enjoyed our stay here in Barn Cottage! We had a great time here, we particularily liked visiting Edinburuh zoo! It was a fantastic stay and the beds were extra compfy! It was a beautiful scenery outside. We love visiting Scotland and will hopefully come again. We hope you had a lovely Easter, and a relaxing holiday. The whole family loved it. Thank you!

Bookings taken via email. All payments preferred via PayPal but will accept cheques too. 30% Deposit required on booking with balance payable 8 weeks before holiday. A refundable Good Housekeeping Deposit of £150 is also required for each cottage - due 1 week before and refunded 1 week after your stay.

Changeover Day:
Saturdays - arrive after 4:00pm; leave before 10:00am

Notes:
Barn Cottage is Oak floored throughout with open-plan living/dining/kitchen, twin bedroom, double bedroom and bathroom with shower over bath. Both cottages have electric heating to all rooms, hot water is also powered by electricity. Cots an high chairs available on request. Each cottage has a new modern, flat-screen TV with all Freeview channels, washing machine, electric cooker or oven & hob (Barn), fridge or fridge-freezer (Stable) and fully equipped kitchen. Luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen, bedspreads/blankets and ample fluffy white towels are all provided. Outside: The gardens surrounding all of Cauldhame are around 20 acres, with a further 200 acres making up the whole Estate, with the opportunity to take in the lovely surrounding countryside direct from your doorstep. Ponds, streams, woods and fields with several species of birds, wild flowers and animals to be heard or spotted all around.
