Benalmadena Beach, Costa del Sol. Quiet easy access to the beach Front QUAINT

The property has views of the mountains from the patio. It is a villa annex, and is detached and private. Quiet location, only 2 mins walk to beach and restaurants. The property consists of 1 double bedroom with a King double bed. The kitchen is a good size and well equipped. All rooms have ceiling fans. The property is larger than the usual Spanish 1 bed. with a lovely patio. We have a pull out bed with a pull down blind for privacy.

Benalmadena Costa is definitely the most fun place to be at any time of the year. 2 min walking from the beach. Located in very quit area but very near bars, restaurants, etc. 1o minutes from the airport.

What makes this villa unique

The combination of a very quite area but at the same time your have not time to be buried: a lot of restaurants, the beach very near, aquarium, sportive port, very nice typical andalusian town.

The property is a lovely typically Spanish house, the patio area is very pretty.

The property has everything you need for self catering, even a shopping trolley! As it is typically Spanish, we felt like we were in Spain, rather than standard hotel rooms, where you could be anywhere. The location is perfect - literally less than 5 minutes from the front, but tucked away, so it is quiet and peaceful. The bedroom has a big wardrobe and lovely comfy king sized bed, ceiling fans kept it nice and cool. The sitting room is nicely furnished and has a TV with Sky. There is a nice bathroom with a bath, shower and bidet. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob, microwave and toaster, we actually ate here on several occasions as the patio is so pretty, we don't normally do that on holiday. There is a washing machine and a clothes horse, even washing tablets provided. Alain, the owner, was very nice and helpful, he did not bother us at all but available if we had needed him. It really is a lovely place to stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely location and area.

What a lovely little villa. Tucked away but so peaceful.

Alain, the owner, was absolutely brilliant and was lovely to meet him. We had one issue which was dealt with very quickly.

Will definitely go back.

A lovely spot.

We have stopped at this accommodation on a few occasions, and love it. It is close to all amenities and the beaches, but in a quiet street so feels secluded, and a part of Spanish life. There is now a new owner, Alain, who lives nearby and has made some nice touches to the house, and is extremely helpful if you have any questions or problems. We would definitely stay here again.

the outside funishings were horrid. 1 small heater no cushions 1 pillow was glad to get home.

the photos of the patio showed furniture that was not there. two broken chairs and a table that was as bent as a banana! the smallest oil heater they could find, this for bathroom/lounge/bedroom. the fridge was disgusting. frying pan had the black coating flaking off on your food. no cushions for outside or inside.the extractor fan was old and had never been cleaned....i could go on but wont. would we reccomend it?

I already replaced the chairs and the table, I bought a lovely new chairs and table on the terrace. I already updated the photos with the current new furniture. We have several pillows at disposal of the clients- I leave only one heating considering that on March is hot in Spain. However, I leave just near and I was at your entire disposal. Comfortable apartment near to beach

This is a comfortable ground floor apartment tucked away off the road and quite quiet at this time of year. The apartment has all the basic requirements for a pleasant self-catering holiday. Be aware, if there are three people, that the pull-out bed is in the entrance area, although the owner, Alain, kindly let us use the second bedroom during our stay. There is a small table in the kitchen for eating indoors. No doubt in better weather than we had it would be pleasant eating on the outside patio which is quite spacious and well-equipped. The apartment is well located within a few minutes walk to the beach and there is a fairly large supermarket, as well as cafes and restaurants, nearby. Alain is a considerate owner who made us feel welcome and was on hand when needed. Hopefully he has now fixed the numbering on the street so that it is clearer which is the entrance to the property, as we had some difficulty locating it. Make sure also that you find out the code for the box containing the key to the apartment before you arrive.

Nearest Airport : Malaga at 11 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : at 100 Metres Nearest Train : Arroyo De La Miel at 1 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : at 100 Metres Nearest Beach : Benalmadena Costa at 200 Metres Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

The beach is a 2 min walk and is close to Castle Bil Bil. With restaurants on the beach.

Travel:

We don't recommend having a car, as the local transport is very reliable and cheap. Also, most facilities are within walking distance. Malaga airport is a 20 min drive.

Distances:

The village of Arroyo De La Miel is a 20 min walk.

Further Details:

Paloma Park is a 10 min walk, it has a Wednesday Car boot sale. Also we are very close to Selwo Dolphin Marina.

Puerto Marina is 25 min stroll along the beach.
