The property has views of the mountains from the patio. It is a villa annex, and is detached and private. Quiet location, only 2 mins walk to beach and restaurants. The property consists of 1 double bedroom with a King double bed. The kitchen is a good size and well equipped. All rooms have ceiling fans. The property is larger than the usual Spanish 1 bed. with a lovely patio. We have a pull out bed with a pull down blind for privacy.

We would have put 5 stars, but the only thing missing was a view.

Alain, the owner, was extremely attentive and helpful. Nothing was too much for him. The property is genuinely only 4 mins from the sea so it is in a good position in that respect and near many restaurants and supermarket. There is even a shopping trolley there for carrying shopping!! We had a lovely week's holiday.

Hidden Gem

Fell in love with this place as soon as we arrived. A beautiful place to stay in, clean and tidy and very peaceful and also the owner of the property was extremely helpful, were missing the place already can't wait to go back again. This is the ideal holiday for family's or couples I highly recommend a booking of this property.

We stayed for 11 nights at this property, and loved every minute. It is clean and roomy with a workable kitchen and spacious bedroom. The kitchen is great also if you don't want to eat out all the time and the patio was our favourite place - candles and wine in the evening! It is a short walk to amenities and also local buses on the doorstep making it easy to go out and about.

The new owner, Alain, is very friendly and helpful. We are so coming back as soon as we can and highly recommend this apartment.

great little place

Ideally placed for anywhere in Benalmadena. Handy for shops bars and restaurants. Lovely little apartment in a quiet area but within minutes of the beach and the nightlife. Very close to Paloma Park which is worth a visit. This was our second visit and we have already booked to return.

Would definitely recommend.

A hidden gem, tucked away beside the sea,

This really is a hidden gem tucked away in Benalmadena. It is about 3 minutes walk from the beach, close to bars and restaurants, yet is in a little hidden street which makes it a gorgeous, quiet little villa to stay in. It has every mod con you can ask for, just a home from home. We will definitly be back, that is now guaranteed, still cant get over how much we loved this place, and would reccomend to any and everybody, but dont want to lose out myself if to many people know,,,,

Peaceful and idyllic

This is a wonderful property in a great location a 5 Min stroll to the beach it's got everything in this property that you need for your break and its spotless clean.Its close to everything as in shops,pubs,restaurants and public transport the patio picture doesn't do it justice its bigger than it looks and its so peaceful and quiet for its central location.Defo be going back again in the future....

Benalmadena Costa is definitely the most fun place to be at any time of the year. 2 min walking from the beach. Located in very quit area but very near bars, restaurants, etc.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Barpub : at 100 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : at 100 Metres Nearest Beach : Benalmadena Costa at 200 Metres Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

The beach is a 2 min walk and is close to Castle Bil Bil. With restaurants on the beach.

Travel:

We don't recommend having a car, as the local transport is very reliable and cheap. Also, most facilities are within walking distance. Malaga airport is a 20 min drive.

Distances:

The village of Arroyo De La Miel is a 20 min walk.

Further Details:

Paloma Park is a 10 min walk, it has a Wednesday Car boot sale. Also we are very close to Selwo Dolphin Marina.

Puerto Marina is 25 min stroll along the beach.
