It is comfortably decorated with marble flooring, air conditioning and all the mod cons you will require for a relaxing holiday. This luxurious villa stands in its own beautiful garden offering private sunbathing/swimming and a secure garden for children (lockable gate) The spacious living room opens up with French doors onto the pool and garden, giving a relaxing ambience and feeling of calmness, ideal for alfresco dining and unwinding from the everyday stresses of life. The swimming pool area has a sunbathing terrace with sun loungers, non slip tiles,trees and parasols to protect you from the hot Spanish sun. If you like al fresco dining there is a third terrace with tables and chairs where you will be able to enjoy a quiet evening with a glass of wine and barbecue. There is a traditional barbecue and a large gas unit bar b q on the large terrace overlooking the pool. The villa also has hammocks for an afternoon siesta, a lounge woodburner for cooler evenings and has recently had a complete repaint upgrading it throughout. Newly fitted main water filter 2013 so water drinkable(no more heavy bottled water to buy) and no cost involved.

About Margaret Bissill

I have owned my villa at La Manga Club since construction some 22 years ago and rent it for part of the year, living there myself some of the time and living in Leicestershire, England working as an artist having also been a farmer in the past. I have a son who is now working hence more time spent in sunny spain and I have been coming to La Manga Club for 25 years as I find it has everything - sun,sea,sport and the local people are extremely friendly, having myself made some spanish friends. I have had many returning guests over the years.

This resort is excellent for sports as it has 3 golf course, 30 tennis courts and many swimming pool, it is also close to the sea for snorkelling,swimming,sailing etc

What makes this villa unique

My villa is very private and has its own swimming pool and garden, south facing getting sun all afternoon around the pool. Parking is on one side with no steep steps to climb and the area backs onto the national park area which is very beautiful to walk in. The interior has all mod cons and everything that you might need for a very comfortable holiday - air conditioning,hair dryers,tv,DVDs,power showers,comfortable beds and sofas,ceiling fans,fridge/freezer,cooker,microwave,toaster,kettle,extensive dishes etc

Notes on accommodation: The villa is suitable for the elderly & young as it is all on one level and the entrance is well lit and parking is on a flat and level surface (no slopes to climb). Outside: Outside at the villa is a private heated pool with outdoor solar shower, private,secluded garden enabling private sunbathing round the pool giving all day sunshine as it is south facing, modern outdoor furniture for al fresco dining, 6 sunbeds 4 sunshades, 2 recliners, hammocks for afternoon siestas, table tennis, charcoal bar b q, large gas bar b q , clothes lines for those wet bikinis and towels, candle lamps for late bar b q´s all in a colourful flower garden also containers with herbs and even a lemon and fig tree. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen provided, Towels provided Other: Lounge has also for winter a very cosy woodburner.

We had a superb stay in this villa. It was the pefect size for us (3 adults and 2 children). Beautifully clean inside, everything worked, great TV and internet access. Lovely garden and pool area, and a great decking spot for BBQs and relaxing in the evening. The villa is in a lovely secluded spot so nice and quite. We very much hope to return (!!) Highly recommend

Stayed for a week in March. Fantastic weather. Villa in exclusive part of la manga. Very quiet in cul de sac. Easy access to all amenities:- tennis centre, bars,shops, supermarkets. Villa is extremely well equipped for easy living in the Spanish sunshine. Completely secluded pool area,terraces and enclosed garden. Immaculately maintained. Nearest beach walkable with very good restaurant. Extensive information supplied by the helpful owner. Cannot recommend highly enough. Looking forward to our next visit.

lovely villa la manga club

stayed here august 2014, the villa is large and bright in a really nice part of la manga club. very clean and tidy, lots of home comforts, made our stay very easy.

Special interest holidays:

Located in a prestigious La Manga golf resort with 3x18 hole golf courses, vast tennis centre offering excellent tennis academies for all abilities, squash, bowls, cycling, pitch and put golf, as well as children's club.

There are numerous beach coves with restaurants, rambling routes, live music every night in the resort, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and banks - so all that you may need during your stay.

For more active ones there are water sports, horse riding, yacht trips and diving available nearby. The villa is situated in a quiet no through road where you are not disturbed by music at nights although only 10 min walk to all main facilities. All depending on what type of holiday you are looking for, be aware that during the school holidays the areas near the tennis centre, bellaluz shopping centre are particularly noisy especially at night until 3am as the main restaurants and bars are situated in this area.


The Costa Cálida also called the Warm Coast is the approximately 250 km stretch of Mediterranean coastline of the Spanish province of Murcia. This region has a micro-climate which features comparatively hot mean annual temperatures.

The area around the Costa Calida is a large beach area and at Cabo de Palos there is a large marina, lighthouse and many beach coves and caves along the coast line.


You can visit the beautiful city of Cartagena which is about 20mins drive by car or train journey. International cuisine also typical Spanish restaurants offering tapas and paella and local fish dishes are in abundance. The resort is bordering the natural reserve which incorporates Calblanque, a mile long pure sand beach reached over the hills.


Nearby is the Mar Menor coast which is ideal for watersports as it is without waves and renowned for its healing properties owning the the high mineral content.

On rental of my villa detailed directions can be sent from either Alicante or Murcia airports to the location of villa in Las Brisas..

An airport transfer can be arranged by the owner

The property is only 1 hour from Alicante airport by car.

The nearest airport is Murcia - only 25 min. to the villa.

Ryanair, Monarch, BMIBaby, Jet2 all fly to Murcia airport.

La Manga rentacar is on the resort as well as Europecar, Concorde, Herts, Avis, Solmar are available at the airport.
