About the property

Peaceful Location but with the added benefit of all amenities on the door step

Situated in the south west of Mallorca with a quiet and tranquil setting but being conveniently located within a few minutes walk of the beach, golf course, bars, clubs and restaurants. The villa has been furnished to an exceptional standard right down to every last detail, with it's own private enclosed sub-tropical gardens also boasting an exotic swimming pool. This is a sought after villa for families and golfers or anyone who is looking for that luxury holiday.

Bedroom 1 with queen size bed. Bedroom 2 with double bed. Bedroom 3 with twin beds. Bedroom 4 with bunk beds. There are also 2 spare fold away beds.

En-suite to bedroom 1 with large tiled walk in shower, double basin and wc.

Family bathroom has a walk in shower, double basin and wc all fully tiled.

There is also a shower, basin and wc by the pool.

Cooker, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle. All utensils, plates, glasses etc have been hand chosen to compliment the villa.

Large lounge/diner with a dining table, seating 8. Sofa´s and chairs to lounge area. Large hd lcd tv with sky. Dvd and stereo. Quality furnishings throughout plus mirrors, plants and tables. Patio doors to covered terrace and garden.

Strictly non smoking, however smoking outside is acceptable. There are 2 fold up beds which can be arranged in any bedroom, cots/high chairs can be hired locally. Electric gates with private parking ideally suited for golfers as parking is secure. The orientation of the villa means there is sunshine all day to the outside gardens.

There are many beach toys in the villa.

In the living room there is a special place where children can play and dip from the sun.

The house is located in a very pleasant neighborhood, on the other side of the alleyway is a very well stocked supermarket, close to the many bars and restaurants you can taste Argentine, Spanish, Italian, Chinese, American cuisine.

Opposite is a bar where they serve English and Spanish breakfasts.

The main square is 500m away there will find Irishr, English, Spanish bars and live music, kids may to use the gaming machines and mini carousel.

The taxi stand is located right there but you can order a taxi home (the number is in the welcome book).

The intimate beach is 5 minutes away and there is a beach bar.

Special interest holidays:

Santa Ponsa once the centre of Mallorcan history where in 1229 Jaime I the conquistador landed to invade the island at the spot now market by a stone cross near the Yacht Club Nautico Marina. This is a beautiful Marina where you will find fine restaurants and bars well worth a visit. Santa Ponsa is in the exclusive south-west corner of Mallorca. The Bay of Santa Ponsa is centred around a large sandy beach and pine wooded park area; there is a further smaller beach and a pretty harbour. Santa Ponsa also boasts excellent facilities and amenities associated including a good range of shops and supermarkets, excellent range of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets, a sports complex, gymnasium and golf courses.

Travel:

The airport at Palma (PMI) is about 20km away which is about 25 mins drive. Santa Ponsa is well served by buses with regular services to Magaluf and Palma. A car is not needed as Taxis also operate regularly in the area and are inexpensive and reliable.

Lovely villa

This is a beautiful villa in a good location. There are many shops and restaurants very nearby.

There is a hotel opposite but that didn't bother us, if you want a quiet location this isn't the one for you. The villa is spacious and the pool is huge but very cold as it is under cover and doesn't get heated by the sun. Even on a hot day it is quite difficult to get in! The two double bedrooms are very spacious. The two twin bedrooms seem to be made from a room that has been divided, sharing one a/c unit. We had two adults in the bunk beds which did not benefit at all from the airconditioning and had to sleep with the folding door open as its such a small room and got very hot. Outside spaces are lovely, very clean and well looked after. Inside, some parts of the villa and equipment are getting a little dated. We enjoyed our stay very much at this beautiful villa but think it is probably a little overpriced.

Great Property in a Good Location

My wife and I stayed with two children (13 and 9) and two parents-in-law for a week at then end of July/early August 2017. The property is modern and comfortable. Only one bedroom is en suite and the bunk bedroom and twin room are accessed by a single door so privacy there is limited. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues that need to be attended to but overall the property is very nice and well configured. The lounge, kitchen and dining area are fine and the sun terrace is fantastic. A number of people have complained that the pool is cold - we did not find this to be the case. It needed to cool us down. We also enjoyed many hours of table tennis. There is a very small but adequate supermarket across the road and the beach and centre of Santa Ponsa is a 15/20 minute walk down the hill.

The Bouganvilla Hotel is very close and the property is overlooked in that sense but there is no sense of a loss of privacy. The hotel can get noisy (they had a dreadful singer on one night who was broadcast very loudly) which can mean that sitting out on the sun terrace in the late evening isn't quite the holiday chill time that it might be!

There is also a side patio with a barbecue which we enjoyed the use of one evening.

This is a great property for two couples and a maximum of 4 kids.

Lidia is very helpful and responsive and easy to deal with and we met Monica's boyfriend when we checked in and he was helpful and friendly. A really good experience on that side.

Finally, there is a cat, called 'Zomiek'. Children may enjoy feeding and stroking him. Adults may not enjoy the slight "cat odour" that inevitably comes with that !

We would stay again and recommend it. We plan to book again for next year if we can.

The villa is lovely, near beaches and restaurants. Absoulotly perfect for 7 adults

We spent 1 week in this villa. It is lovely. You can cook your own meels or you can visit all the restaurants nearby. It is close to go to the 2 beaches but we prefered the little Santa Ponca Beach.

We can highly recommend this villa.

Stunning villa

We have just arrived home after spending a week in this fabulous villa. It had everything we could possibly need and although there were 8 adults, it was spacious enough that you could easily spend time on your own, lounging on one of the patios, sitting in a garden area or lying by the pool. It's in a great location and although we could hear the entertainment from the hotel opposite it certainly didn't put me off, I'd book again in a heartbeat! Lidia was lovely to deal with and easy to get hold of if we had any problems. I'd say that ideally 6 adults is the max with space for 3 or 4 children, the bunk beds were a bit of a challenge for two 21 year old boys lol. I'm already looking at prices to rebook next year and would certainly recommend it.
