This beautiful 2 bed apartment sleeping 4 people has one of the most amazing sea views of the Riviera del Sol and the Mediterranean Sea from its open terrace. Situated within walking distance of shops, supermarkets, excellent restaurants, bars, busses, taxis, golf and tennis and most importantly the beach, it is within easy driving distance of Fuengirola, the white village of Mijas and Marbella, making it a destination that is ideal for both holidays and long winter breaks.

The apartment is licensed by the Junta de Andalucia for holiday rentals under licence number CTC-201637818 and meets all of the legal requirements under current legislation in Spain. It is fully equipped and has some English satellite programmes. Air conditioning is available and internet access is provided on a pay as you use basis, if required. It is situated in a small secure complex with off road parking, well-maintained gardens, sunbeds, swimming pool and children's paddling pool all of which are accessed via stairs or lift. The Riviera del Sol is a pleasure to explore on foot with Spanish villas and tree lined avenues and the beach has soft sands, interesting rock pools and safe surf, making it an excellent option for a lazy day in the sun. If you are feeling more energetic there are water parks, a zoo, safari parks, boat and fishing trips, golf courses, a myriad of water sports activities, amusement parks and much much more within a short drive.

Bath towels, hand towels and linen included. Property cleaned on arrival.

Lovely, Clean, well equipt apartment.

Lovely clean and well equipt apartment. Owners could not have been more helpful and so friendly - made the booking experience so simple! Lovely pool and paddling pool for toddlers. Close proximity to beach, shops and restaurants. Not too far from airport. Went here with a family of 5 and would return again and recommend to family & friends.

The apartment is our own beautiful holiday apartment that we have owned for many years and has been loved and enjoyed by ourselves and our children from toddlers to teens. Now we have decided to let guests share our home in the sun.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Malaga at 30 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : at 0.6 Kilometres Nearest Golf : at 0.4 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : at 0.1 Kilometres Nearest Beach : at 0.7 Kilometres Car: not necessary

Coast/Beach:

The apartment is approximately 0.7km from the beach which has soft sands, interesting rock pools and safe surf, making it an excellent option for a lazy day in the sun.

Travel:

Malaga airport is only 25 minutes drive from the apartment and you can either hire a car from the airport or arrange to be met by taxi.

A car is not essential to explore the Costa del Sol as buses run regularly between Fuengirola and Marbella, stopping every half an hour at the Riviera del Sol.

Distances:

The Costa del Sol is famous for its white washed villages and amazing scenery and the best way to explore inland Andalucía is by car. If you are feeling more energetic there are water parks, a zoo, safari parks, boat and fishing trips, golf courses, tennis clubs, a myriad of water sports activities, amusement parks and much much more within a short drive from the apartment.

Further Details:

In the lower part of the Riviera del Sol is the new Riviera Plaza Commercial Centre, with excellent cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, two supermarkets, hairdressers, chemist and a money exchange. At the top of the Riviera is the Centro Comercial – Las Terrazas with bars, restaurants, takeaways and a supermarket that stocks a wide selection of British products. Both centres are within walking distance from the apartment.

Our apartment is situated in the Mijas Costa which we think is the most attractive part of the Costa del Sol both for places to visit and things to do. Surrounding the apartment the Riviera del Sol is a pleasure to explore with Spanish villas and tree lined avenues, shops, supermarkets, excellent restaurants and bars all within easy reach by foot. The beach has soft sands, interesting rock pools and safe surf, making it an excellent option for a lazy day in the sun. In the evening you can either dine al fresco on the open terrace with stunning views under the stars or take a short drive or bus ride to the bustling towns of La Cala and Fuengirola both of which have a diverse melting pot of cultures with restaurants offering cuisine from almost every corner of the globe.
