3 bedroom apartment with large terrace providing breathtaking views over The Bay of Kotor, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with stunning mountain scenery creating a dramatic backdrop to this much sought after development. Enjoy the sun all day from the terrace as it rises over the mountains and travels overhead to then set in front of the apartment overlooking the fjord. Fully air-conditioned and well equipped accommodation with private car parking space and access to the shared pool which is also situated to benefit from the views from this location some 300M above the waterfront. The apartment is just a short but relatively steep walk to the waters edge where there are a number of bars, cafes and restaurants as well as a supermarket and bakery within walking distance. The development is located a 5 min drive from the Medieval Town of Kotor with its churches, shops, bars, restaurants and marina which often has some spectacular luxury yachts in berth. If super yachts are your thing a trip to Porto Montenegro in Tivat some 20 mins drive away will not fail to impress with its marina and waterfront development including boutiques , bars, restaurants and the recently opened Puro beach. The property is managed by a local professional english speaking team who are on hand for any questions or issues that may arise during your stay.

We stayed for 6 nights in Nigel's apartment and it exceeded our expectations. Prior to arriving, Nigel was very communicative and helpful in getting the details organised. On arrival, we were met by Daniel who was incredibly helpful. He gave us plenty of advice on places to go and how to get there and was always available to answer our questions. The apartment itself is lovely - spacious, clean and well-kitted out. Plus, we never tired of the awe-inspiring views across the Bay of Kotor. We enjoyed several afternoons relaxing at the shared pool and the terrace is a lovely spot to enjoy a meal. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit Montenegro, which by the way, is a real gem of a country!

Fabulous

We arrived mid afternoon and were met straight away by Danny. The apartment is beautiful. Simply decorated with beautiful furnishings which make it a really comfortable place to be. The best thing about the whole apartment is the balcony. The view from the terrace is truly stunning. Breakfast every morning on the balcony. The apartment is fully air conditioned and with two bathrooms means everybody is accommodated easily. The pool is also very nice. The bus runs every hour either way, straight outside the apartment. It is about twenty to/quarter to towards Kotor, I've forgotten the time the other way. It cost us 1 euro each in either direction. The property is very clean, well maintained and excellent communication from Nigel, the owner and also contact with Remote control should there be any issue. I would certainly recommend this property to anybody without hesitation. We were able to walk into Kotor (we are walkers) and have a drink as we went at some of the scattered bars/restaurants. There are some restaurants close to the apartment, but of course Kotor is full of restaurants. There is a supermarket and 24hr bakery an 8 minute walk away. The apartment is as stated and we had a fabulous time out there and loved Montenegro. The apartment is nicely located away from the bustle of Kotor but still with easy access.

Great modern apartment in nice location!

we were a group of three couples and we stayed in Nigel's apartment for 4 nights. It was a very lovely apartment, very modern with all the conveniences. Air conditioning in each room, a nice pool, kitchen very well equipped, internet with a key, lovely terrace with great views of the Bay of Kotor. It was in a nice area, outside of the mess of Kotor but very close. Some lovely restaurants within walking distance. Great location from which to explore all of the area. Highly recommend this place to friends or families.

We were lucky enough to come across this opportunity about 5 years ago and the whole family have loved every minute of time we have spent at Boka Heights. Everyone we have introduced to Montenegro whether friends or family have fallen in love with the area and we hope anyone else staying here will feel the same.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Tivat Airport at 11 Kilometres Car: recommended

Coast/Beach:

The Bay of Kotor provides a number of locations for swimming, fishing, canoeing etc around its perimeter but there are also a number of sandy beaches within 20/30 minutes drive mainly around the Lustica Peninsula.

Travel:

Tivat provides the nearest airport about 20 mins drive time from the apartment. There are direct flights provided by Montenegro Airlines from Gatwick.

Dubrovnik Airport in Croatia is about 1 hour 30 mins drive but is served from many UK airports and by many airlines. Car hire is available from the airport and is recommended to undertake the journey along the waters edge and then to fully enjoy everything the area around the apartment has to offer.
