Overton Bank House is the perfect place for a get together, a superb, luxury, self-catering holiday home for groups or families, combining historic elegance with very comfortable furnishings and state-of-the-art entertainment systems. It has a huge, well-equipped, kitchen and dining room that seats 16 and three separate sitting rooms. There is also a wood burning stove, large flat screen television with surround sound and a large, beautifully maintained, walled garden with barbeque and fire pit. Free WiFi throughout.

About Gilly Holland-Jones

The Property is owned by Barbara and Steve Prentice. We fell in love with Leek and it's wonderful compact market town atmosphere when we first visited the town. We purchased Overton Bank House and moved to Leek in 2001 and converted this beautiful old building into a big holiday home in 2014 trying to ensure all mod cons were included and it's classic feel and atmosphere were preserved.

Overton Bank House is perfect for a get together with family and friends. The town centre is less than a minute away and virtually everything in the town; restaurants, bars, cosy pubs, shops, and markets are all within a couple of minutes walk. In the house there is plenty of space to spread out and have privacy but with great areas to socialize and have a great time together.

What makes this house unique

The garden gets the sun until late in the day and is a super area to sit out and have fun.

Wow! What a wonderful property.

We went to Overton Bank House for a 50th celebration and we were so impressed with the facilities. Every little extra was accommodated for: additional electrical extras, wonderful welcome pack, additional keys, kitchen essentials were not needed as they were already there, extra fridge, logs for fire pit, barbecue facilities. Oh the list is endless.
