A Beautiful 4 bedroom / 4 bathroom air conditioned villa and self-contained two bedroom apartment which enjoys a fantastic location only a REAL few minutes’ walk from the Marina in Villamoura. This spacious, child friendly, modern and airy detached villa is ideal for large families, groups of friends or golfers. Child friendly throughout with stair gates at both top and bottom of the stairs and secure glass balustrade safety fencing around the swimming pool. The villa has secure off street parking for 2 cars, the inside is open plan, modern and finished to the highest standard. There are 4 bedrooms / 4 bathrooms in the villa. 2 Double Bedrooms upstairs and two twin bedrooms downstairs not including the 2 bed apartment. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and en-suite bath / shower bathroom with double sink and also has a walk in wardrobe. This bedroom has access to a large walk out balcony. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and en-suite shower bathroom as well as access to the large walk out balcony. Bedroom 3/4 situated on the ground floor are both twin rooms, one has an en-suite bathroom with shower while the other has access to the downstairs bathroom. The villa is air conditioned throughout. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with electric hob, electric oven, large American Style fridge/freezer with ice maker etc, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle. There is also a large utility room with washing machine and dryer. The large open plan living area includes a dining area that has a large dining table that seats 8 and the living area is stylishly furnished with 2 cream leather sofas and a large flat screen TV and DVD that has access to full range of Satellite TV. The property also has WiFi. A WiFi printer is also provided for printing off boarding passes etc. 3 Baby cots and 2 high chairs are also provided at no extra cost. The villa has a private swimming pool, 8 Sun-loungers, Patio Furniture and garden to the rear of the property. The large terraced area and patio are perfect for BBQ’s and there is table and chairs that seats 8. 1 large Gas BBQ is also provided on the properties.

The downstairs 2 bed self contained apartment is finished to an exacting standard and is modern and airy. While it is self contained it has direct access to the house through the internal staircase. It has a kitchenette with breakfast bar and 4 stools. It also has hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. The 2 bedrooms have double beds although one of these doubles can be transformed into 2 singles if necessary. The open plan kitchen / living area has a large L shaped couch with flat screen satellite TV and Wi-Fi also available. The bathroom has a shower, wash basin, toilet and electric towel rails. There is also a terrace off the apartment with table and chairs and seating for 4. This also includes a gas BBQ.

Everything in the house is provided from linens and towels to kitchen equipment. A maid service is also included with a once a week clean. A gardener will visit to clean the pool twice a week and to tidy up the garden. The location of the villa could not be more perfect as it is a short walk to the marina, shops, beaches and golf courses. This property is new to the market and the quality of the finish reflects this.

From start to finish this was a great trip. The villa was amazing well equipped and in a fab location. Rui and Amy were nothing short of fantastic in their support for us throughout as was Martin! Thanks all!

Peaceful property with lots of character

We stayed in the villa for two weeks in May and we absolutely love it. The villa is nicely located in a quiet area with a short distance to the shops, restaurants, Marina and many of the golf courses. The place is really child friendly. Our parents stayed in the apartment below which was great. The pool and garden are neat and tidy. It has many areas to relax whether on the terrace near the pool or the two balconies off the main bedrooms upstairs. We had great time and we cant wait to go back there. We can very recommend this villa.

Great Location

Just returned from an annual golf trip to vilamoura where we stayed at this beautiful villa. Ten of us travel yearly but this was the first year we stayed in a private villa. The villa is massive, beautifully decorated, large pool and patio area and has all the essentials you need. I would recommend it to anyone it has a perfect location just 10mins walk from the marina, 5 mins walk to the large spar supermarket, 5 mins walk to some really nice local bars and cafes, just around the corner from Pinhal,Laguna & Millennium golf courses. Located 5 mins drive to The Old Course and Victoria. Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago are about 20mins away. We normally stay in a hotel but this year this villa worked out perfect and anyone worried about sorting transfers to and from courses or airport just make contact with Martin at vilamoura Internet cafe.

Take the children to the Falesia Beach, just minutes from the villa and stroll along white sands. Try a variety of water sports or simply relax. There is a large balcony area off the first floor bedrooms overlooking the pool with a south facing view of the sea. There are 8 sun loungers available around the pool area. A great place for entertaining is the Villa outdoor kitchen area with gas BBQ, all beneath a beautiful covered area ideal for shade in the hot summer months and opening to the secure pool, large sunbathing terrace and chill out seating area. The property enjoys a mature garden setting to the rear. Utility Room: There is also a large utility room with washing machine and dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Weekly maid service provided. Towels, pool towels and linen included. Linen changed once a week.
