Beach Boys (complete with Tesla charger in Garage)

Set in the beautiful village of Constantine Bay, Beach Boys is a stunning modern glass fronted house completed in July 2017 with beautiful sea views across the blue azure waters of Constantine Bay and Booby's Bay beyond. The house comes complete with a bubbly jacuzzi, a new Paramount Luxe Mirror Heated pool; 8500 x 3700 x 1500mm located within a south facing courtyard together with loungers and an outside dining table and chairs. Last but not least, a huge trampoline dug into the garden for adults and children alike. Enjoy the breath taking sunsets dining from the comfort of your chair in the conservatory dining area or just sitting with a glass of wine in the living room.

There are two balconies which command the sun throughout the day so take the opportunity in the morning to enjoy a lovely cup of coffee on the front garden side balcony whilst sitting on the lovely rattan furniture located there.

Beach Boys commands an enviable location being only 5/10 minutes walk away from 2 superb beaches; Constantine Bay and Treyarnon Bay. The bays of Porthcothan, Booby's, Harlyn, Trevone and the ever popular coastal town of Padstow are but a short drive away. What more could you ask for; 7 bays for 7 days.

With modern coastal interiors, this is the perfect house for families and couples alike. It has luxury features such as a built in Sonas Sound system with speakers located in the main living room ceilings upstairs, a games/cinema room complete with table tennis and full sky movies and sport, underfloor heating throughout controlled by individual thermostats in every room and zone lighting in the galleried impressive hall and upstairs in the kitchen/dining/living room to create that special mood to suit every occasion.

The impressive white modern kitchen boasts a 3.1 metre island complete with integral hob and extractor fan. There are two fridges and a freezer, a Nespresso machine, toaster, microwave and every cooking utensil and dish you could wish for ! Champagne, tumbler, wine and Gin glasses provide a suitable home for every drink you may desire ! In the utility area downstairs there is yet another huge double fridge freezer to chill your drinks and also plastic wine glasses, tumblers, plates and bowls for the outside pool area.

The garden is completely enclosed and has a large trampoline sunk into the ground. Access is permitted through a coded pedestrian gate and double gates for cars. Parking for around 3/4 cars.

The the lovely Treglos Hotel is just around the corner, the local village shop 1 minute away and the famous Trevose Golf and Country Club only a 2 minute walk away, which boasts a large outdoor heated pool complete with sunbathing area that is open to non residents for a small fee per person. The Golf Club also hires out tennis courts and equipment to non members again for a small fee.

Notes:
Notes on accommodation: Unfortunately no pets allowed and strictly a No Smoking Policy inside Beach Boys house. We are sorry but we do not run a cancellation policy therefore we recommend travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances where you may need to cancel your stay. Outside: The front and back gardens are fully enclosed and secure for children. A BBQ is available. There is 10 seater Rattan dining set with parasol, a bistro chair set and sun loungers for the outside patio . The front garden has a large trampoline that has been dug into the ground for safety. There is an outside tap with a hose attachment to wash off any sand from the beach. Parking for approximately 4 cars. The drive way is entered through double gates and there is a separate coded pedestrian gate. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: House towels & linen included. The property is cleaned weekly after departure. Beach towels are not provided. If you stay for 2 weeks an extra maid service & refresh of linen/towels will be offered.

Beautiful house in fabulous location

We have just returned from the most fantastic week at Beach Boys. The house is stunning, spacious and brilliantly equipped with everything you need for the perfect holiday. Highlights for our group of 13 were the incredible views, cinema room, table tennis and most importantly the outdoor hot tub - where I think the children would have spent all day given half a chance! It was also so convenient being a two minute walk from the surf shop and local store (which is very smart and stocks everything!)

The owners have clearly paid great attention to detail in designing this holiday home and were so friendly and happy to answer any query I had when booking. Rosie, the lovely housekeeper, was there to show us around the house when we arrived and went out of her way to ensure that we knew how everything worked before she left.

Fantastic house for a family holiday

We stayed at beach boys for the last week of the summer holidays. We were two families with children and had the most amazing holiday. The house lay out was fantastic and the trampoline proved so popular with the children. The furnishings were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy on arrival. Really well equipped kitchen and amazing views across to the sea in one direction and fields in the other.

Children loved the pool as well, it was a bit chilly for the grown ups!!!

We so hope to come back and stay here, we had a lovely holiday and can't wait to go back.

Beautiful house, relaxing retreat!

Perfect for our large family group. Two rooms with televisions while the Olympic Games was being shown was great. No tv's in bedrooms also good. Kitchen and balcony eating area were a favourite. Looking forward to our return.

Lovely large house in perfect location for a relaxing holiday.

We stayed at this property for one week in May 2016 for a family holiday. Beautiful house in a lovely location. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil we could possibly need and we all especially loved the extended dining area off of the kitchen with an outside area. Very comfortable reception room upstairs which was huge with lovely sofas and cosy throws. Bedrooms on ground floor were all very well presented, clean and welcoming with snowy white bed linen and lovely clean bedding. We were all so comfortable in this house and so much space. We made good use of the table tennis table and the trampoline which was especially good as built in to the ground so no risk of falling off. Lovely safe garden for children with secure gate. The perfect home for some quality family time. So relaxing. Lovely barbeque in outside area with seating if weather good. We had a wonderful week here and look forward to returning.

Outstanding holiday

We have just left Beach Boys after a fabulous 8 night stay. We are a family of 4 (7 year old and 2 year old) plus grandmother and the house was perfect for all of us! Amazing location overlooking the bay so stunning views in very upmarket Constantine Bay... 10 min walk to beautiful beach with lovely clean sand, rock pools and good waves for body boarding! Lovely village shop and 10 min drive to Padstow. The house is huge (the biggest walk in wardrobe ever) so plenty of room. A lovely upstairs kitchen leading to a sunny conservatory and roof terrace so great for eating. The pool, trampoline and garden are wonderful for children. We had an amazing week particularly as we were lucky with the weather. Liked the gated garden so very safe for children and private. Nice welcome pack on arrival and bed linen clean and fresh. We would love to return! 😀

Incred!! What a week!

Beach Boys is just stunning - the MOST fantastic view from the kitchen/living spaces imaginable... The weather man predicted rain... It was sunny all week, which must mean that it's actually heaven, rather than Cornwall!! Weather defying, truly relaxing, perfectly located, spotless, SO well equipped... We had everything we needed to celebrate birthdays and general family loveliness. Definitely a holiday destination worthy of office bragging upon your return... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Location

Car: not necessary

Special interest holidays:

Constantine and its neighbouring beaches are fantastic for surfing and body boarding.. There are many surfing schools in the surrounding areas. It is also a walking paradise as it is located on the North Cornwall coastal path. You may complete the Trevose Head Circular walk. The walk starts at Constantine Bay and follows the coast path around Trevose Head, passing Booby's Bay and a collapsed cave, before reaching Dinas Head and the lighthouse. The route follows the coast path around Trevose Head before reaching the sandy beaches of Mother Ivy's and Harlyn Bay. The return route is fairly quick, following lanes back to Constantine. approx 6 miles

Coast/Beach:

Constantine Beach is a sandy beach perfect for surfing, body boarding, rock pooling & sunbathing. It is approx 5/10 mins walk away from Beach Boys. Treyarnon Bay (less than 1 mile away) is a 10 min walk. Boobys Bay, next to Constantine Bay is approx 10 mins walk. Porthcothan Beach 2 miles. St Mothers Ivy beach 1 mile. Haryln Beach 1 mile away. Trevone Beach 3 miles. Bedruthan Steps 4 miles. Mawgan Porth 5 miles. Watergate Bay Beach 8 miles. Newquay Beach/Fistral is approx 11 miles.

Travel:

Newquay airport is around 10-15 mins drive away and there are frequent flights to many destinations within the UK. Constantine Bay is accessed by the M5 and the A30 and is approx 2 1/2 hours from Bristol. Bodmin Parkway train station is approx a 25 minute drive. There is a bus stop 1 min away outside the local shop which will take you directly to and from Bodmin parkway station.

Distances:

Treyarnon Bay is home to the local Youth Hostel, in a great location overlooking the sea, where you can get a fab casual breakfast, day/evening meals - great for children/adults, only a 10 min walk. The Treglos Hotel and Trevose Golf club are a walk away.St Merryn village 2/3 mins drive from Constantine & offers a good selection of pubs, restaurant, shops, bakery, fish and chip shop, garage/fuel/hardware store & Rafferty's Wine Bar . It is also home to the Cornish Arms pub, owned by Rick Stein.

Further Details:

Nearby Padstow offers a wide selection of pubs, shops and restaurants. It is home to Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant, Deli, fresh fish counter and fish & chip restaurant as well as Paul Ainsworth's "No 6" Michelin star restaurant.
