A contemporary and luxurious ground floor 2 double bed (sleeps 4) apartment with a private terrace for sunbathing or dining, situated on the famous Jack Nicklaus 18 hole La Torre golf resort, it is also a great resort for families being able to use any of 16 communal pools some with separate children's pools, tennis courts, and the luxury 5 star intercontinental spa. This apartment is furnished to a high standard and benefits from air conditioning, ceiling fans and central heating for the cooler months. One of the resort's larger pools and jacuzzi are close by, with children's play areas a short walk away. The Mar Menor with its beautiful beaches and promenades is 15 minutes away. The resort has several bars and restaurants and you will find plenty more nearby at Roldan and Los Alcazares. A lovely quiet family holiday

We stayed in this lovely apartment for 6 nights, it's just like home from home. Everything you could possibly need. A 5 min walk from the nearest pool, which is where we spent most of our time. 10 mins walk to the restaurants and supermarket. I would definitely recommend car hire! Will be going back to La Torre in the future, as a big family holiday and hopefully this apartment. Owners are friendly to deal with and very responsive.

A functional apartment with good facilities and in a good location and very quiet

We stayed for 4 nights and the ground floor apartment was only a 10 minute walk to the nearest site restaurant and bar so was ideal if you were looking for somewhere quiet to relax when not playing golf. The owners were easy to deal with and quickly responded to any queries. We would definitely stay in the same place next time we visit the area.

Peaceful but close to amenities

Lovely apartment, private as not overlooked. Less than 2 mins to the best pool La Torre and only 5 mins walk on the golf course path to the centre. Owners a pleasure to deal with!

Costa La Torre Golf Resort

Really enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. It's very central and close to all amenities such as Swimming pools, tennis courts and Club house including the onsite bars, restaurants and supermarket. The owner prepared a comprehensive information pack that had everything you needed to know and maintained excellent communications including a visit by the on-site Lady who looks after the Apartment. Everything was provided including high-speed internet, UK Satellite TV, quality modern furnishings and a generous patio area for sun worshiping. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to others for anytime of the year....5 Star Accomodation :-)

Activity and Interests


The beautiful mar menor is only a 15 minute drive away with its safe, shallow waters and gorgeous sandy beeches including water sports with many bars and restaurants along the way!!. Head out along the cost to Cartegena and beyond for Mediterranean beaches, snorkelling and breathtaking views.


Its a 20 minutes drive from San Javier (Murcia) airport. 60 minutes from Alicante airport. Car hire recommended. Airport pick-ups can be arranged.

A refundable breakage charge of £100 is payable at time of booking (this will be refunded within 2 weeks of your vacating the property, subject to inspection). Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible, but guests are requested to vacate the apartment by 10:30am on the day of departure. A later departure time may be possible although this is dependent on existing bookings, please ask when booking.

Groceries can be purchased for you for your arrival, such items are bread, milk, water, and butter if there is anything else you require please let us know after booking. A receipt will be supplied plus a delivery charge of 7.50e to be paid by the guest on arrival. Outside: The interior lounge area looks out onto the terrace with a table and four chairs. Two sun loungers for sitting back and enjoying the sunshine. Utility Room: Washing machine,store cupboard, Ironing board and iron. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and bed linen for the apartment are provided but no beach towels. There is a compulsory cleaning charge of 60 Euros, payable locally to the keyholder at the apartment.
