8 minutes walk to the local Playa del Cura beach-This is the most popular beach, as it is integrated within the town’s urban area.
Every Friday a massive street market taking place and such fun to see the locals buying their stunning fresh fruit and vegetables and lots more.
It is worth mentioning it has many services to offer for all tourists, such as chiringuitos, kiosks, restaurants, ice-cream parlours to have something to eat or drink among swings, and many things more.
We are Alex and Oksana.
We like travelling, we though that comfortable place to stay is very important, so here we are.

Torrevieja is very famous with their "Salinas" salt lakes.
Excelente ubicación, el apartamento es muy agradable y cómodo. cocina muy bien equipada. Internet es muy rápido. Tranquilo, hasta la playa 5 minutos a pie, hasta las Salinas 5 min. en coche, cerca de casa - Mercadona y Consum. Mercado de los Viernes se encuentra en la misma calle. Tuvimos dos maravillosas semanas. Recomendamos a todos. Muy agradecido a Alex, con su ayuda, nosotros resuelto cualquieres problemas inmediatamente , incluso a pesar de su ausencia en Torrevieja
Well appointed clean and pleasant apartment overall but location was further from the beach than hoped for but main seafront and town centre were within reasonable walk from apartment. There was no real views of the sea or anything much from the small balcony. Plenty of street parking except on Friday when Market precludes parking but nearby streets were available. The Air Conditioning was good.and the WiFi useful. Kitchen well supplied. Main problem was the mattress in the main bedroom which was rather uncomfortable.
Sadly this apartment did not in our opinion live up to expectations, as the advert failed to note a number of key points. Although it was clean, the biggest issue we had was noise at all hours of the day and night. Noise from other tenants in the block drilling late on a Sunday evening; noise from the bar directly under the balcony until 3am in the morning only to start again at 8am. Noise from the 2 other bars just across the road. Then there was the parking or should I say lack. All parking is on street in a busy area so very little available and NO parking is allowed Thursday night and all day Friday because of local market - yet another source of noise from around 5am. We stayed there for 16 days and were never offered fresh linen like other Owner Direct places we had stayed in. No English channels were available on TV and the internet which I needed for work whilst there was slow. And then finally compared to the photos with the ad we were surprised how dirty the local area was.
We enjoyed the flat, it is very well appointed and only minutes from the beach and town centre. Access to the flat is via a lift, we highly recommend this place!
We have recently returned from 12 days in this apartment and can't speak highly enough of it.
From booking the apartment, right through until being dropped off at the airport to return home, the owner took great care of us throughout. Fantastic customer service.
The apartment itself was very modern, clean and a short walk to the seafront. Fully air conditioned, the apartment contained a double and twin room, both with fitted wardrobes.
I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to either a couple or a small family.
