Beautiful 3 large bedroom villa with garden, pool & tennis courts

Updated: 06-Aug-2016
3 large bedrooms, short drive to Lake & Beaches

The villa is within easy walking distance of the picturesque hilltop village of Saint Cezaire sur Siagne and its cafés, restaurants, shops, market and supermarket.

The village has a network of hiking and biking trails, a tennis club and horseback riding. Nice, Antibes and Cannes and their beaches by the sea are only 40 minutes away. Grasse, the perfume capital of the world, is only 15 minutes and the St Cassien lake is 20 minutes away and offers a variety of water sports for the family.

The villa is set in a private development of 39 villas all beautifully presented and maintained with communal pool, tennis courts and gardens. The development is very peaceful even in the summer season. Many of the villas have their own pool so the shared pool never gets too busy. At an altitude of 400m, the area offers mountain views and calm.

The large lounge with open plan dining area and downstairs bedroom have large sliding french door windows that lead onto the private back garden and terrace.

The villa is surrounded by a grassed private garden with an enclosing hedge and fence boundary, shrubs, plants trees and flowers.

About the Owner

The villa in Saint Cezaire was our home for 3 years until 2009. We know the area very well so feel free to ask any questions about the villa, village or area in general.

We (the Owners) will greet you when you arrive , give you a key and manage any queries you may have during your stay. We provide fresh linen for your stay, and clean at the end of your stay.

I stayed in Villa Chene Blanc with my husband and 2 children. The villa is very clean and tidy and has some nice furniture. The kitchen was complete with all the items we needed. The village of Saint Cezaire is delightful and we loved walking there each morning for our fresh pastries, baguette and morning coffee (only takes 10-15 mins walking with dramatic views!). The grounds of the development where the villa resides are immaculate and it was great to walk around with our children in a secure environment. The tennis courts were easy to book and great for the time of year (not too hot). We will definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful holiday within a short drive to the coast. Mrs J Walkley and family (April 2014).

We loved our stay at the villa and it's location from the coast and airport was perfect. We managed a trip up to the village of Greoliers which has some great skiing slopes. The villa is comfortable and there is a wood burner for cooler evenings but there is central heating so not a necessity. We will come again, to try the pool in the summer, I hope. Excellent location & great facilities

  • 5 of 5

We were so lucky to be able to stay in this beautiful villa in May 2015 following a busy 2 weeks trip around Europe. It is closely located to the main village and only a short drive to other quaint villages like Cabris and Saint Vallier, which offer great dining options.

On arrival we were greeted by a very friendly host who was able to provide us with lots of local knowledge. The villa was excellent, very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, however there is no TV/DVD player for those who would miss this. Being fully furnished was perfect for us having travelled over from Australia. During our stay we made use of the well maintained tennis courts and resort style swimming pool. Lazy afternoons were spent relaxing in the huge private garden enjoying some fine French wines and delicious antipasto.

With a little over a 30 minute drive from the villa you can be swimming in the Mediterranean Sea near Cannes or driving along the coast road toward St Tropez or Antibes.

We would highly recommend this property to couples, families and group bookings, with plenty of room for everyone and would definitely love to come back and stay for longer next time.

Wonderful Family Holiday

  • 5 of 5

What a wonderful family holiday we had here. Amazing location, lovely clean, airy, bright and tasteful accommodation. Plenty of games, toys and books for the children and cooking equipment and utensils for the grownups. Just perfect to have pool and tennis courts on the doorstep and the amenities of the village so close by, amazing places to visit by car - all well documented in the Visitor Info. The children frequently mention this holiday, such a special time together in an amazing location. Thanks Trish & Family, it was stunning.

St cezaire

  • 4 of 5

My family and I have just spent 2 weeks in this lovely villa. On arrival the agent met us and led us through the villa ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction. There was a problem with one of the toilets during our stay but it was dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. The communal pool was clean and a good size and quiet much of the time. The only thing that we would recommend is a wider range of board games available for the evening as there is no tv and a BBQ. I would certainly recommend this villa for families. The village is a 10 minute walk away and very quaint and with Monaco and Cannes within an hours drive away the location is perfect.

A special place

  • 5 of 5

I agree with everything the owner says about the villa and the village of St Cezaire. We have stayed here several times because we especially like the villa surroundings on the outskirts of St Cezaire and the short pleasant walk to the village centre. The house is modern, airy and well equipped with a large garden for children to play in and for you to relax. Other residents are mainly with young families or older people so it is not noisy. The pool, tennis courts and open areas are attractive and well maintained with a small children’s pool too.

We enjoyed the walks around the village and surrounding countryside, especially walking down the Gorge and there are also several way-marked walking/cycling routes through forest and fields. I’d recommend visiting the famous Grottes de St Cezaire too.

There is also a good local bus service around the area – in fact we have travelled from the airport to St Cezaire on local transport which is efficient and cheap.

I hope you enjoy a stay at the villa as much as we have

From the Owner

We bought this villa as is in with easy reach of the coastal beaches but far enough away to be peaceful and away from the busy tourist season. Being on the edge of a gorge, the village is dramatic and beautiful. The locals are genuinely friendly and welcoming. The village life during the summer months is fantastic with lots of evening festivities and night markets. There are lots of activites in the local area and the beaches of the Cote D'Azur are not too far for the day, within a 45 minutes drive.

From the Owner

The villa is in a private position within the development unlike some of the villas which are overlooked this one is tucked away in a quiet corner. The village of Saint Cezaire has a great feel and there are plenty of activities during the summer season in and around the village. Including festivities in August that you should go along to. The village is equipped with plenty of shops for your daily needs including a large carrefour supermarket in the village. Lovely cafes and a market on Tuesday and Saturday mornings with local produce. In the summer months there is a night market on Thursday evenings. It is quite a unique village within the region.
