The Croft Cottage is a detached, self contained luxury holiday cottage in the small conservation village of Broom which is just a few miles from Stratford and Evesham on the edge of the Cotswolds. It is a lovely cottage with it’s own parking and entrance and is fully managed by the owners Cathy & Steve Harris. The Cottage is perfect for two and has been finished to an extremely high standard - and is constantly maintained and improved. It has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining room, instant hot water combi boiler and full gas central heating for cosy nights in. There’s even decent broadband WiFi !!

Steve and I have been running The Croft Cottage for over 12 years. We pride ourselves on making the Cottage as clean, comfortable and cosy as possible. Each and every week before new guests arrive we do the changeover ourselves in order to know that the job has been done properly - we clean and prepare better than any employee because it's our business and it has to be right!

There are no contract staff or agencies employed ensuring cleanliness is always of the highest standard. Prices are fully inclusive of electricity, gas, linen and towels. The property is non smoking. It has a secure small courtyard garden complete with garden furniture. Off road parking. Short breaks (minimum of 3 nights) available in the low season only. A Lovely Home from Home

We booked in almost at the last moment for 4 weeks in order to avoid a daily commute from home to the National Bowls Championships, and we were very pleased that we did. The cottage at Broom was superb. Very well appointed, decor and furnishings very pleasing and in immaculate condition, clearly very well looked after by the owners Cathy & Steve, who were a delightful couple. An attractive feature upstairs was the steep sloping ceilings, unless of course you are as tall as I am and keep banging your head! I am joking here, for I soon got used to them after a day or two. There were no real downsides to the cottage and facilities at all, save a shower cabinet would have been helpful for someone as decrepit as me who could not shower in the bath, but I understand Cathy & Steve are sorting that out in the winter months to provide a shower. Wifi worked brilliantly, which was a must for me to enable me to do my bowls press officer & website manager 'work' on a daily basis in the comfort of the cottage. Plenty of off road parking, and the location of the premises is a delightful setting.

This is a lovely little cottage in a wonderful location for exploring the area. Good pubs nearby for dining and all you could want in the well equipped kitchen if you decide to stay at home.

Lovely cottage in great location.

Lovely cottage, in immaculate condition. The property is in a detached building next to the owners house, with its own entrance. Everywhere was very clean and there's plenty of equipment in the cottage to use as a home from home. The central heating kept the property warm and cosy. The owners were welcoming and friendly. Easy access to Stratford and the many nearby attractions. Both the pubs/restaurants within 2 minutes walk of the cottage were excellent for evening meals. Only observation I'd note was the bath has no shower enclosure and is under a sloping ceiling, so made standing up, and having a shower very difficult.
