House in Trebarwith Strand, Cornwall, England - A Stone's Throw From One Of North Cornwall's Best Beaches

Tredennis is a 4 bedroom detached house with its own garden which faces the sea and private parking for 2 cars. The house has wonderful uninterrupted views of the sea from the 2 double bedrooms and from the large lounge / dining room windows The beach at Trebarwith Strand offers sand, rock pools and surfing with fantastic scenery. The South West Coast Path gives the energetic the chance to walk to Tintagel and Boscastle to the North or to some isolated beaches to the South. Keen walkers can walk as far as Port Isaac. Sorry, No Pets.

Activity and Interests

Car: necessary


Trebarwith Strand beach is lifeguard patrolled in the summer months and offers sand, rockpools and surfing. The Port William Bay around the corner is connected at low tide and offers a slightly quieter experience but also has caves to explore.


Tintagel with King Arthur's castle ruins is approximately 2 miles North of Trebarwith Strand. It is a slightly strenuous but extremely enjoyable walk along the coast path. Beyond Tintagel is Bossinney followed by Boscastle which takes about 2 hours to walk to if you are feeling fit!

The coast path to the south is a little bit more challenging but walkers are rewarded with unspoilt coves and empty beaches before reaching Port Gaverne and then Port Isaac of 'Doc Martin' fame

Booking Notes:
A booking deposit of 30% of the price is required (along with a signed and completed contract) to secure a booking
Balance plus £150 refundable security deposit to be received at least 4 weeks prior to holiday.
Electricity is supplied by £1 slot meter (non profit making, just to encourage responsible energy usage.)

We let our holiday home to family groups / couples only and reserve the right to decline any booking requests.
NO SMOKING and NO PETS - sorry, no exceptions.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is generally Saturday.

Notes on prices:
Central heating is included between the first Saturday of October to the first Saturday in April. During the remainder of the year, this operates via another £1 slot meter but with the ability to 'pause' the boiler saving remaining credit if necessary.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
