The living room is situated on the ground floor and is surrounded by French windows in order to truly take advantage of the stunning views of the Provence countryside. There are two comfortable sofas that frame the large open fireplace, a writing desk, a dining table seating 10 and a separate laundry room and guest WC. The open kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything to meet the demands of an amateur chef. The TV offers UK and French channels; a DVD and WIFI are also available. Large sliding doors lead onto the terrace, garden and summer kitchen. There are five south-facing bedrooms and four bathrooms. Three double bedrooms are situated on the first floor of the villa. The Master suite has a king size bed (180 x 200), balcony and en-suite shower room with double basins. The two further double bedrooms have queen size beds (160x200); one has an en-suite shower and WC and the other uses the large family bathroom with double basins, a bath and separate shower. Bedrooms 4 and 5 are in the annex, accessed from a separate entrance. Bedroom 4 offers a king size bed (180x200) and bedroom 5 is a twin bedroom (2x90x200). The sousterrain comes with a bathroom (shower, WC and double basins) and a kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, table and 4 chairs). The bedrooms are comfortably and beautifully decorated in a Provence-style with luxury linens and ceiling fans promising a good night sleep. The layout of the villa (3 bedrooms on the 1st floor and 2 bedrooms in the sousterrain) makes the villa ideal for 2 families. The wide terraces that wrap around the villa are furnished with outdoor sofas and chairs, a teak dining table with 10 chairs and a ceramic breakfast table to enable guests to enjoy the spectacular views all day long. At the end of the garden there is a covered pool house with another teak dining table and 10 chairs, a built in BBQ, fridge/ freezer, 4 pit stove and sink. A beautiful line of deck chairs and parasols guard the large outdoor pool (12x5metres). The access to the pool is secured for little children by childproof wrought-iron fences and a pool alarm system. The beautiful driveway is lined with Cyprus trees and lavender and offers a truly Provence feel. There is covered parking for 2 cars a few steps from the main entrance to the house. This villa is perfect for guests who are looking for privacy whilst still being able to enjoy the local villages of Seillans and Fayence (both less than 10 minutes by car). There are many restaurants to choose from in the local area, from simple French cafes to Michelin-star restaurants. The area also has many village markets selling local produce, antique markets, vineyards offering visits and wine tasting and in the high season there are many open-air concerts, fetes and circuses. Seillans is one of Les plus beaux villages de France - quite an honor in France. The house is only 40 minutes from Nice Airport. Stunning house in Fatence

Stayed for one week. One of best kids' holidays we've had. Thinking about renting it in the summer but looks quite pricey. Views are unbelievable. Great decor - v tasteful. Kids had a wild time but pool was v much on the cool side!
