Apartment in Campoamor, Costa Blanca South, Spain - Walking Distance To All Amenities Including La Fuente Commercial Centre

Fully refurbished 2nd floor corner apartment situated on the golf complex of Real de Campoamor. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, hall, separate kitchen and utility room and lounge / diner with patio doors onto a terrace with open aspect including a view of La Manga. The master bedroom has a stunning sea view. The apartment has ramp access from the pavement and has lifts to all floors. There is a lovely communal pool close by. The apartment has been fully decorated recently and completely refurbished with modern furniture, light fittings, curtains, bed linens and towels. The apartment has British satellite TV and free WiFi. The apartment is only a short walk to the supermarket and banks and all the bars and restaurants in La Fuente Commercial Centre. There is a bus stop at the end of the street and it is only 7 minutes drive to the nearest beaches. There are also 3 other golf courses within 5 minutes drive of the apartment: Las Ramblas, Villamartin and the new Las Colinas. I live closeby to the apartment and will personally greet you and make sure your holiday is fantastic! Renting the apartment at Christmas? We will provide a christmas tree if desired. Larger number of people coming? We have friends who own a property in the same apartment block so accommodating a larger party can be arranged.

Excellent stay

We had a fantastic holiday in this well equipped apartment. Very clean and tastefully furnished. Everything you need is nearby and the pool was clean and we had it to ourselves most of the time. We would recommend this apartment anytime and are looking forward to a return visit. Thank you Rachel.

Great holiday!

Wonderful apartment, clean and well furnished. Location was ideal as I cannot drive and La Fuenta commercial centre was a short walk away with lots of good restaurants and bars.

Great Holiday Location

We stayed in this apartment for a month and despite fairly average weather the apartment was far from average. It is beautifully appointed with everything you could wish for to make your holiday perfect. It is within walking distance of some first rate bars and restaurants and supermarkets. Lovely!!!!

Apartment just as advertised except it also included every utensil etc you could possibly need. Rachel was there when you needed her and not when you didn't! Will definitely stay here again.

First Class apartment

We stayed for three weeks and cannot fault the apartment. The owner (Rachael) met us on time and was very friendly and helpful. The apartment had been fully re-furbished to a very high standard, and is situated only a short walk from the local amenities. Two beautiful beaches at La Zenia and Playa Flamenca, are only a ten minute drive from the apartment, as is the amazing shopping mall of La Zenia Boulevard. Nothing was too much trouble for Rachael, and we would definitely stay there again.

From the Owner

It's a fantastic location for either beach or golf holidays. It's walking distance to ALL amenities and a bus stop so you don't need a car, although I still recommend you do if you want to fully enjoy the area. There are lots of top quality restaurants on your doorstep too.

Activity and Interests

The apartment is 7 minutes drive to the nearest beaches at Campoamor, Cabo Roig and La Zenia. The beautiful Mil Palmeras beach is a maximum of 10 minutes drive away. They are all Blue Flag beaches.


The apartment is 1/2 hour drive from San Javier, Murcia airport. It is 45 minutes drive away from Alicante. The road links either by the N332 coast road or by the AP7 motorway are excellent and easy to follow.


The typical Spanish village of San Miguel de Salinas is approximately 6 km away. The historical City of Orihuela is 1/2 drive away.

Further Details:

La Fuente commercial centre is only a 5 minute walk away. It is packed with excellent restaurants, bars, shops and a chemist. It is a really thriving commercial centre. The new shopping centre Zenia Boulevard is only 5 minutes drive away. It is a fantastic shopping complex with some excellent restaurants, bowling alley and nightly entertainment in the main square. Villamartin Plaza is also close by. This is a square with 2 floors of bars and restaurants surrounding a central patio with established palm trees and water feature. Local artists perform in the square each week during the summer.

  • Outside: On the outside of the apartment block are communal gardens which are always immaculately maintained. A short distance away is the communal pool and also a children's play area. Within the golf complex there are also gym facilities, a beauty Spa and of course the Club house. Utility Room: New mains gas boiler. New washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: New towels for the apartment have been supplied, but towels for the pool and beach are not provided. A mid rental clean or laundry change can be provided at an extra charge. NON SMOKING INDOORS but permitted on the terrace. NO PETS. Other: Terrace: Table with 4 chairs. All the window boxes are planted up and maintained.
