A recently refurbished 2 bedroom bungalow approx 4 miles from sandy beach of Sandown. A large drive provides ample parking for at least 3 cars. Comfortable and relaxing with views over the downs to the front and easy access to Copse at the rear. Large garden, great for children and dogs (2 dogs max). Perfect location for beautiful walks from the doorstep, plus all of the Islands tourist attractions such as Osborne House, Blackgang Chine, Butterfly World etc. Local shops within 3/4 mile plus great shopping in Newport. There are several pubs serving a varied menu within a 3 miles radius. Please keep dogs off the furniture. No smoking inside the bungalow.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen and towels will be provided - these will be changed on a weekly basis. Please bring your own beach towels.

Changeover Day:
The manager will meet you with keys to the property at 2.00 pm on your arrival day and at 10.30am on your departure day.

Notes on prices:
Maximum of 2 dogs are permitted to stay at a cost of £20/dog per week. Please discuss when booking.

Security deposit will reserve the property and will be refunded at end of stay if no damage to property.
Rest of fees will need to be paid 4 weeks prior to stay.
Payment details will be given for payment.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
