This 4 storey, former sea Captain's house dating back to the early 1900's, offers unique panoramic views of St. Ives. Staring out of the many windows, you'll see quaint, tiled roofs tumbling down to the bustling harbour’s edge, the sea, the horizon and beyond. Stretching out into the distance, framed by the arms of the bay, ever-changing under the famous ethereal sunlight of St Ives, you'll be able to wallow in what are perhaps the most beautiful views in town. In the morning, you can watch the sunrise over St. Ives Bay, and then, when the evening draws to a close, you can even watch the sunset behind the picturesque town itself. With panoramic sea and coastal views, Huer’s Watch is aptly named after the traditional town huer, whose role was to watch out to sea for tell-tale signs of pilchard shoals and alert the townsfolk of their arrival. Beautifully presented, the whole apartment exudes comfort, warmth and homeliness. The lounge/ diner has three huge windows providing extraordinary views and an overwhelming impression you are suspended above the very sea itself. You might get the chance the watch the sun rise and set without even leaving the room. In fact, with comfy sofas, including a double sofa bed, dining table, and gas stove to compliment the period feel of exposed granite walling, you may never have to. The king-size main bedroom has a floor-to-ceiling window with equally spectacular views. The well-equipped quality kitchen has granite work surfaces and a Belfast sink, with views over the town and harbour of St. Ives. The tiled bathroom continues to impress, recently refitted to a high standard.

Due to it's unique position it offers the best views in the town of StIves.Originally built by the Captain of the Hain shipping company who wanted to keep an eye on his fleet. Pednolver allows you to see the sun rise and the sun set from the same room and affords the best views of StIves town,harbour the bay and beyond.
