We don't condone smoking in the apartment and realise people do smoke, so if the need arises please use the balcony and ashtray only. Pets not allowed. Perfect once again!!

Absolutely love this property, has everything you could possibly need for a fantastic holiday. The apartment was once again spotlessly clean upon our arrival. The view from the living area and balcony are amazing (pool & sea) Plenty of crockery, cutlery etc but we don't tend to use it as we like to eat out. The beds are extremely comfortable too. There is an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants as soon as you leave the complex, yet you still have the peace & quietness when sitting out on the balcony. The family friendly complex including the pool is very well maintained (daily) We have stayed at this complex 4 times now and are reluctant to stay anywhere else. Can't wait to go back next March!! Thank you Peter for the smooth, hassle free booking process

Lovely apartment, the pictures do not do it justice. As a family of 4 we had a wonderful week at Peters apartment. Quiet, yet in the thick of it. Apartment was spotless on arrival, the cleaners clearly take pride in what they do. Would definately return, only came home this evening and looking at a return date already!! Many thanks to Peter and Sharon for all your additional information and for letting us rent your wonderful apartment. Lots of lovely family memories made 😍!

Great location with sea views. Handy for restaurants yet not affected by noise from the 'strip'. Well equipped apartment. Very clean, comfortable furnishings & attractive décor. Useful having WiFi. Good communication when booking.

Well situated.

Second visit to this apartment. TV and Internet problematic again. Kitchen OK but not too well equipped for self catering. Drain in kitchen smells and leaks. Owner a bit too patronising and sarcastic for my liking. I will return but not to this apartment.

Owner's Response: The Tv instructions and remote illustrations are available to all guests. As anyone must realise the Canaries does not have terrestrial TV. Despite me providing 192 TV Chanel's, British and Irish Real Time Tv, Premier Leage, Film club, kids and music channels etc. For the guest use. The Satelite power broke down on the Friday afternoon where upon the repair man attended after my intiial Mail was received from the guest. The manager attended on the Friday evening and the guests was out, Upon his return visit he advised the Satelite could not be fixed till the Monday. Which the guest advised " not a problem" The repair was fixed on the Monday. If requesting to leave the key for the repairmans access and re configuration or to use the property managers free call is a little patronising, then apologies. The kitchen is fully stocked for self catering families with cutlery, pots pans, oven hob, washing machine, fridge, toaster, kettle, crockery, egg cups, tea towels, glasses, cups, with no changes since the reviewers first visit and stay. Domestic bleach is available at the corner shop for self catering guests along with a kettle full of hot water to rid any dry smell should this happen. Likewise the property manager was in attendance rather than suffer any discomfort. I totally agree it's a fine solution not wishing to stay again, so as your needs can be achieved. If they was any creditable comments on kitchen improvements we could take stock from then I would. However whilst respecting your opinion I have asked Owners Direct to post your review and my response honestly. If anyone is wishing to book next year as we are full 2017, please refer to the 15 independent reviews, the last of which is after the current reviewers stay period. This is our benchmark we aim for and achieve weekly throughout the years.

This is what I call a sea-view property

Stayed on this complex several times, but our first time in Peter & Sharon's apartment as it was always booked up for our dates. It is a fabulous property, light, airy, modern and spacious.On our arrival we found it to be absolutely, spotlessly clean. The beds are of good quality and so comfortable, we all slept really well. The kitchen seemed well equipped, even though we didn't do any cooking, as we like to eat out. The balcony is plenty big enough for 4 people and has fabulous pool and sea-views. My husband loved the fact that it had a large TV with lots of UK channels and a movie library if you fancy a night in. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this property to anyone, and we can't wait to go back again!!

Price: £358 or Euro equivalent per week (7 nights - 2 persons). Additional £15 per person per week over and above two people. Just £13.75 pppn on full occupancy. No peak high seasonal price increases. Payments: TT bank / internet transfers, sterling SWIFT / CHAPS / CHEQUE IN THE POST. £100 pounds deposit secures booking. 6 week transfer of balances prior too arrival date. Special circumstance cancellations suffices, with small fee applicable.
Changeover Day:
Check out is 10:00hrs and the apartment is available from 12:00hrs. Early arrivals sometimes the cleaner will be finalizing and thank you for understanding this So it is immaculate and the usual standard for you.. Please try and advise at time of booking. Due to one airlines flights have got earlier.
This is reliant on incoming guest times. In most cases, guests like to pay for an additional day or late departure fee at the time of booking to guarantee the transition when they have late departure or night flights.. Unfortunately booking of late departures and luggage storage cannot be arranged later due to pre booked follow on arrivals and cleaning schedules..

The price is £358 per week, based on 2 persons sharing and £15 per person per week up to 4 persons sharing. No seasonal price changes.
