Central Apartment in Scarborough, Yorkshire - Easy Walk To All Attractions of Scarborough & Is 2 Minutes From The Train Station

First floor apartment very centrally located in Scarborough, North Yorkshire with wi-fi installed. Located only a 2 minute walk from the train station on Falsgrave Road which has many shops and pubs/restaurants and the Stephen Joseph theatre which has many shows and films showing.

The town centre is an easy walk away with many cafes, shops, bars and restaurants. Also the south bay beach is only a 10 minute walk away so again an easy walk away to find many attractions of Scarborough. The north bay is also close by where the open air theatre is and Peasholm park boating lake and the miniature railway that runs around the north bay to the sea life center.

The apartment is on the first floor and has 3 bedrooms, one with double bed, one with two single beds and one with a single bed with pull out single bed underneath so comfortably sleeps 6 people. There is a family bathroom with shower over bath. Open plan living room/kitchen with lots of natural light due to the large bay window, fire place, TV with DVD, dinning seating for 6 people and with two sofas, a 3 seat and 2 seat. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, cooker and hob, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer.

Parking is available on the street across from the apartment, we provide free parking tickets for guests.

Excellent apartment and location!

The apartment was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed our time in the apartment and in Scarborough, definitely recommend, good value for money and take a visit to the water park.

Lovely :)

Very happy with the flat, reasonably priced, spacious, and also baby needs catered for with travel cot and travel chair which was lovely. Made easier with hand towels, hand wash, washing up things provided. Would have been lovely to have more comfy seating to fit the whole family, as wasn't enough to all relax in in the evenings, but overall very happy with it and will definitely consider it in the future.

Also very impressed with owner who was very helpful when we had questions about the boiler and the cleaning lady was lovely and very accommodating.

Great accommodation

We stayed over the new year period and found the apartment very comfortable and we had a great stay and well located for us to go walking and exploring the area of Scarborough and nearby villages. The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean and with everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The owner was very helpful and there was much information about the things to do in Scarborough. We would recommend this apartment to friends and we would book it again.

holiday apartment

The property was situated close to the railway station which is useful for those who do not drive, however the owner is able to offer parking passes for the length of stay which is excellent for car drivers as parking otherwise would be a problem.

The property was well presented and clean. We were met by the caretaker who addressed all our needs and was available if we needed her throughout the week (which we didn't). She gave useful information on the resort too.

The apartment was a perfect base for our family holiday. It was good value for money, much cheaper than cottages in the area that I'd researched. The resort has many attractions, most within walking distance and is close by many other beautiful places to visit.

The contact we had from the owner, via email, was prompt and very personable.

Location is prefect, no need to drive anywhere as all is within walking distance. We love spending time in Scarborough, there is so much to do.

Special interest holidays:

There are many special interest activities in Scarborough, from the Olivers mount road race to the sci-fi convention at the Spa complex. Many people try out surfing through one of the companies in Scarborough offering surf lessons, with many surf schools in Scarborough and some great beaches to surf on. Also there is daily fishing trips, please contact us for a full list of things to do in Scarborough!

Coast/Beach:

There are many beaches in Scarborough, the most popular ones are North bay and South bay which are both a short walk away from the apartment with South bay being the closest.

Travel:

Nearest train station is Scarborough, it is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. To arrive by car is very easy, straight into the centre of Sacrborough and the apartment is located on Falsgrave road which has many shops, cafes and pubs that also serve food. The nearest airport is Leedsbradford international.

Distances:

Walking distance to Scarborough town centre is 3-4 minutes. On the same street as the apartment there is a Sainsburys and many other shops, cafes and pubs that also serve food. All attractions of Scarborough are close by, openair theatre, spa complex, Stephen Joseph theatre, Peasholm park, North bay beach, south bay beach, Sea life centre, North bay miniature railway and much more.
