tranquil and relaxing hide away

  • 4 of 5

Vineyard cottage is an ideal place for a couple seeking a quiet and relaxing break. Situated on a narrow lane with very little traffic it is ideal for walking and exploring the local area. A log burning stove provides a cosy atmosphere. The cottage was well equipped and clean. The owners were welcoming and friendly.

Charming cottage in lovely Cotswolds location for a comfortable, relaxing break

  • 5 of 5

The cottage was exactly as described on the website, with modern, good quality fittings throughout. The wood burner with abundant supply of logs added to the cosy, relaxing ambiance. There is lots of parking on both sides of the cottage and at Paula's suggestion I kept my bike in the adjacent summer house. The owners Paula and James live in the next cottage further down the lane and were very friendly and welcoming. They called by occasionally to check if we needed anything, together with advice about places to visit etc.

We highly recommend the cottage for a comfortable, relaxing break and hope to be back again at some point.
