Nice, well equipped apartment close to the centre and harbour. The apartment is located on the second floor of a secure building. The car parking is in the basement (elevator). The apartment boasts 2 bedrooms with one queen sized bed and two single beds. The living room is a loft like space with an open kitchen (dishwasher, / /oven/microwave). Bathroom with walkin douche and washing machine and dryer. Separate toilet. Loggia/ out-site dining room, balcony.

About Gordon van der Avoort

I am a retired dentist from Amsterdam. Since my first visit to Saint Tropez (50 years ago!) I felt a fascination for this beautiful village and the peninsula. 20 years ago I bought this lively apartment and stay there frequently. In 7 minutes you are in the centre of the village or in the wine fields. The nature of the peninsula and the surrounding villages (Ramatuelle, Gassin, Grimaud) are magic. All seasons are attractive and the sun shines over 300 day's a year!

The apartment is lokated close to the center also to the surrounding country. The Route de Carles is the road from the village to the beach and there is never a traffic jam even in the high season . The apartment building has a typical Mediterranean look and with an internal patio. ( see pictures)

Village beaches on walking distance. Main beaches (Pampelonne, la Moutte, Salins) 5 minutes by car.

Saint Tropez is at a bay on a peninsula. There are a some nice villages in the neighborhood : Gassin, Ramatuelle, La Croix Valmer, Grimaud and Gogolin. On the peninsula are the nice beaches (about 6-10 minutes by car) and restaurants.

Further Details:

The apartment is close to the center of the village and all the shops are on walking distance. In the village (special in the old part of the village) are many nice restaurants. On tuesday and saturday morning is on the big square ( Place des Lices) mediterranean market

Booking Notes: The rent will be confirmed after personal contact by mail or telephone. The owner want to know rentals and make an agrement about the rental. A booking form will send with the conditions. After signing the booking form and returning the booking is definitive. Payments of 50% of the invoice is required within 7 days to confirm your booking.
Final payment 4 weeks prior to arrival. Security deposit 120 Euro and cleaning charge 60 Euro at arrival.

Changeover Day:
The changeover day is normally on saturday. Departure time 10 AM.After cleaning is the apartment available after 15.00 PM

Notes on prices:
Including water, electricity, Wifi, local telephone.
50 euro per week for electricity october/april (central heating)
Cleaning charge 60 euro . Linens 30 euro a person
Damage deposit 120 euro

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
