Nice, well equipped apartment close to the centre and harbour. The apartment is located on the second floor of a secure building. The car parking is in the basement (elevator). The apartment boasts 2 bedrooms with one queen sized bed and two single beds. The living room is a loft like space with an open kitchen (dishwasher, / /oven/microwave). Bathroom with walkin douche and washing machine and dryer. Separate toilet. Loggia/ out-site dining room, balcony.
About the Owner
I am a retired dentist from Amsterdam. Since my first visit to Saint Tropez (50 years ago!) I felt a fascination for this beautiful village and the peninsula. 20 years ago I bought this lively apartment and stay there frequently. In 7 minutes you are in the centre of the village or in the wine fields. The nature of the peninsula and the surrounding villages (Ramatuelle, Gassin, Grimaud) are magic. All seasons are attractive and the sun shines over 300 day's a year!

“The apartment is lokated close to the center also to the surrounding country. The Route de Carles is the road from the village to the beach and there is never a traffic jam even in the high season . The apartment building has a typical Mediterranean look and with an internal patio. ( see pictures)”

Village beaches on walking distance. Main beaches (Pampelonne, la Moutte, Salins) 5 minutes by car.
Airports: Nice 112 km, Toulon/Hyeres 68 km, Marseille 112 km.
Railway station: St. Raphael 38 km.
Saint Tropez is at a bay on a peninsula. There are a some nice villages in the neighborhood : Gassin, Ramatuelle, La Croix Valmer, Grimaud and Gogolin. On the peninsula are the nice beaches (about 6-10 minutes by car) and restaurants.
The apartment is close to the center of the village and all the shops are on walking distance. In the village (special in the old part of the village) are many nice restaurants. On tuesday and saturday morning is on the big square ( Place des Lices) mediterranean market
