Coedmor Barn is a very well-equipped and comfortable place to stay. It is an ideal base for exploring the local area and I would definitely recommend it to other people. The owners are welcoming, friendly and very helpful.

Peaceful stay at Coedmor Barn

  • 4 of 5

Coedmor Barn is very cosy and has everything you need. From the terasse you have an amazing view. The owners welcomed us with a little package of wine, tea, chocolate,... which was very nice and the communication before the arrival was very fast and uncomplicated.

Anyhow, the pictures at "HomeAway" are missleading as most of them are for Coedmor Cottage and not for the Barn.

Owner's Response: Thank you for taking time to write us a review. We really appreciate it. I'm sorry you found the pictures misleading. Home and away changed their website a while back and you can no longer assign pictures to each cottage as we used to be able with a joint location listing. We were advised the only work around was to label each photo which I thought I had done. I will double check. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. Hopefully we may see you again in the future. Zarina and Chris

Outside: The garden offers a short woodland walk and meandering paths through the mature gardens and past our old Victorian ice box. Most of the walkways are gravel or grass but there are slate steps and slopes throughout the gardens. We have a fabulous collection of rhododendrons, camellias, azaleas and hydrangeas and the borders are filled with mature flowering shrubs. We have a small stream and pond which is a lovely water feature in the garden and a perfect backdrop for the giant gunnera.
