Apartment in Penarth, Nr. Cardiff, South Wales, Wales - A Relaxed and Convenient Place for a Break With a Range of Shopping On the Doorstep

An historic building in very central location and so convenient for shops and most of your day to day needs. Ideal for exploring this former seaside resort and very convenient as a base to enjoy the exciting centre of Cardiff and Cardiff Bay. Buses and trains into the city are frequent and affordable. This handsome apartment is ideal for relaxing during a weekend or a short holiday. Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets and we do not have wifi [which is available at café hotspots nearby] . A walk down to the seafront Esplanade with its splendid, refurbished pier or down to the impressive Cardiff Bay barrage will both take less than 15 minutes

While living further north in Wales we bought this apartment because we enjoy visits to our wonderful capital city of Cardiff. We selected Penarth because is offers so much in stylish town and so we plan to continue using the apartment when our guests are not using it.

Outside: Overnight parking is permitted in the street (Ludlow Lane) but restricted to an hour during the day. However there are streets with unlimited parking just over 100metres away Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Fresh bed linen is provided for each bed and a basic provision of, a hand towel and two bath sheets [plus a tea towel in the kitchen]. Charges for gas, electricity and water are included in your rates. A helpline number will be in your Holiday Folder Other: dining area in living room - continued A built in Hi-Fi sound system that connects radio & CD MUSIC to most rooms. The dining area has a large table and 6 comfortable chairs for the meals you create.

Once we agree a provisional booking and send our booking forms to you we will hold your dates for 5 days.

The booking will be confirmed when your 50% deposit has been paid

And then - 6 weeks before arrival the remaining 50% and a refundable damage deposit of £300 is due.

Therefore, if a booking is made less than 6 weeks before you plan to arrive then the whole rate for your stay and the damage deposit are required. This payment will confirm your booking.

Changeover Day:
You are expected to leave before 11.00 AM when departing. PLEASE REMEMBER TO LEAVE YOUR KEYS on the kitchen worktop before closing the doors securely when leaving.

To allow for time to prepare your apartment, we ask guests not to arrive before 3 PM
