A modern refurbished maisonette which sleeps six in three bedrooms on two floors. On the first floor (stairs lead up from street level) there is a twin bedded room, a bunk room and a modern family bathroom. Also on this floor, there is the kitchen which leads on to a large living/dining room, and a balcony overlooking the water and pontoons at Whitestrand. Up another small staircase, there is a large double bedroom with an en suite shower room which also houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Large double doors lead on to a roof terrace with table and chairs and gas BBQ. Wifi available.

Activity and Interests
Several ferries are available either to beaches opposite, or to South Sands beach. Walking distance to ferry for these beaches is two minutes and five minutes respectively. Boats can be hired for use in the harbour from an office two minutes from the flat.
Car parking is available. We have a designated space in a small car park within the Shadycombe Road Car Park. Permit must be displayed in the car, and there is a charge if this permit is not left in the flat at the time of departure
Tesco provides its usual delivery service to Salcombe and is recommended for ease of visitors. There are, however, wonderful food shops in Salcombe, a short stroll from the flat; these include an excellent butcher, grocer/greengrocer and several delicatessens

During school holidays and peak times, the changeover day is Friday, and sadly is not flexible. Out of season this may be flexible, and short breaks/weekends are possible.
