A luxury, newly furnished and decorated two bedroom first floor apartment, on this new gated, Jack Nicklaus designed, golf resort with 24 hour security. The apartment is fully furnished in all the bed rooms and living area. The large terrace is partially covered allowing you to sit in the shade or suntan in your own privacy. The terrace overlooks the swimming pool and large gardens (ideal for children playing under supervision with a small park) is fitted out with luxury outdoor furniture. The terrace has direct access to the living area. The resort is located just 15 minutes away by car from the famous inland sea of Mar Menor and its beautiful unspoilt beaches. Las Terrazas is easily accessible from Murcia-San Javier and Alicante airports. Wi-Fi available for a small additional charge. Families with small children welcome with travel cot, high chair and booster seat to use. Cleaning charge applies payable to key-holder on arrival.

About Robyn-Lee Heard

From Cheshire, we are Young Family with 2 boys, 1 baby and 3 year old.

My husband and I run our own network marketing business and teach others how to be earn an extra income from home across the UK and Ireland. We bought this apartment in January 2014 and had it completely furnished and decorated to a very high standard. We wanted something on a quiet clean complex within easy reach of the Mar Menor.

The Murcia apartments, were bought to give us easy access to the lovely Mar Manor sea & surrounding areas as well as to the first class Polaris World Golf resorts.

Outside: Large, partially covered terrace with great views of the swimming pool. Quality comfortable outdoor furniture consisting of a 6 seater table and chairs. The apartment is also equipped with two sun loungers for your added enjoyment. External electrical sockets, lighting and water tap are also provided on the terrace. There is access to the apartment block roof terrace where you can sunbath or enjoy the breathtaking views. There are also clothes lines provided for your convenience on the roof terrace. Ample car parking space is provided directly in front of the apartment block. Play park for Children in front of the apartment block Las Terrazas is a gated complex with security controls at the entrance to the resort. The resort is monitored by an extensive CCTV camera system. The security company also carry out regular patrols, 24 hours a day. Utility Room: Washing Machine (hanging space is on top floor of the block) Iron and Ironing board Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bedding, linen and towels are provided and are freshly laundered for each letting. There is a cleaning/laundry fee of EUR60 (approx £40) per booking, payable directly to our keyholder upon arrival at the property. Other: Outside terrace table seats 6 which is covered and with 2 sun lounges and bbq area uncovered.

Nice apartment but resort very remote

Couldn't fault the apartment or the host. Very well specced and excellent day rate.

The resort however is very remote, you have to have a car to get around as the resort has fairly limited facilities - One bar and one mini market within walking distance. Security excellent and very helpful. If all you want is a quiet getaway in the sun by the pool great choice. Anything else get a hire car. Public transport is hard to get access to!

The golf course is "different" the ultimate links course really, windy and fast - the green would be torturous I feel! But at £70 per round as a temp resident (if you have rental contract to prove it) was out of my budget though.

Excellent golf resort

My wife and I have spent many holidays in the Murcia region, but this may be the first time we're actually tempted to buy an apartment! We visited in February which you'd expect to be quiet, (and colder, but still warmer than home), but with the amount of properties still empty I can't see this lovely golf resort will ever be busy. So ideal if you want a lazy holiday in the sun, whatever the time of year! This is a very well kept gated golf resort, (if you keep to the occupied areas), and in the warmer months you will not lack for swimming pool space. With its own supermarket, and bar/restaurant, which are handy to the apartment. You do need a car to make the most of your visit to the area, (this is 20/25 mins from the nearest airport), which then gives you access to many beaches, bars and restaurants.

We would certainly go again and would recommend the resort (if you enjoy golf it would be an added bonus) and the apartment, which represents good value for money.

Feedback for a February rental

The apartment was very cold in February. The heater in bedroom didn't give off any heat so the one remaining 500wt fitted wall heater in lounge was insufficient for the entire apartment, which made it very uncomfortable. Keyholder very helpful as we needed her contact for a local service provider of our own. Apartment was nice and clean but previous occupier left plates dirty (something with tomato sauce) so we had to wash everything to make it hygienic. Door lock very temperamental which made it difficult to get key to work. Watch out for boiler water temperature as it's set on maximum which could scold hands, particularly those of young children.

Other guests who have stayed in the winter months have found the heating sufficient, however we do have an extra storage heater just in case, that our key-holder keeps, and would have been available for you should you have asked for it, plus the key-holder would have rectified any other issues for you, upon request, as she stated to you at the meet and greet.

What a lovely quiet place

The owners and Vicki are the most helpful and accommodating people Iv come across in a long time. They went above and beyond what’s advertised. The apartment was supper the kids loved it. It was quite when we went in October. But just how I like it. You do need a car but we have one anyway lots of places to go would love to go again. Thank you so much

Lovely clean apartment. Well equipped for our needs

Modern airy apartment serviced by a lift. We stayed in October when it was warm yet very quiet. The swimming pool was lovely and clean and 1 minute from our door. We would stay again

Lovely, relaxed quiet stay!

Lovely quiet complex, clean and tidy apartment with pool view! We had a lovely, relaxing stay! Bar on the complex was cheap and small shop was near & convienient. Pool was quiet most days which was nice, we’ll be back soon!

The famous Mar Menor "inland sea" is only 15 minutes away by car and provides in excess of 20 kilometres of spectacular beaches for bathing, together with water sports. The Costa Blanca Southern beaches are less than 20 minutes by car.


Murcia San Javier Airport - 15 minutes drive. Alicante Airport - 60 minutes drive. Car hire is recommended but not essential.

If you would prefer not to hire a car we can arrange for our agent to collect you from either Alicante or Murcia Airport (San Javier). Prices available on request.

The central feature of Las Terrazasis the 18-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus.

The golf course comprises 18 desert-style holes.

The resort centre has a Spar Supermarkt and an American - Italian style Bar/Restaurant offering excellent value for money with friendly service with free wifi internet access.

The supermarket also has internet facilities available for a small fee.

The neighbouring sister resort, La Torre - only a 5 min drive away, has top quality services in it’s own town centre with bars, restaurants, 5 star Intercontinental Hotel & Spa, bank and supermarket.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Payment can be arranged via PayPal or bank transfer and personal cheque contact us for more details.

Prices quoted are for the property per week. A £100 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the apartment. In addition we require a £100 refundable damage deposit at least 7 days before the booking commencement date. All bookings to be paid in full within 8 weeks of booking commencement date. Payment can be made via paypal.

Changeover Day:
We look for guests to vacate by 12.00 and new arivals 16:00, depending on your flights and incoming guests-poss flexible There may be an additional charge payable to the key holder for very late or early arrivals due to having to work unsociable hours.

Notes on prices:
£100 deposit to reserve your rental, balance to be paid 8 weeks before rental commences.

If you cancel within 8 weeks of your holiday commences, your security deposit and rental cost will not be refunded.
if you cancel with more than 8weeks notice -loss of security deposit, 50% rental cost refunded.
*Please note this is only if you have paid up in full.
There is also £100 breakage deposit, this will be refunded to you within 72 hours after departure upon your request.
