Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen provided but it is necessary to bring your own towels. Other: Due to entrance stairs and narrow doorways the property is unsuitable for wheelchairs.

Good holiday let in a great location

Really enjoyed our few days in this cottage. Helpful and clear instructions in advance, everything clean and tidy when we got there. Loved the big living space and master bedroom and we really appreciated how well equipped the place was. It is also in a brilliant location for exploring the area - very good value. One minor point is that the bathroom and toilet could do with some updating but that's a small thing compared with how good this place is.

Lovely Cottage, Great Location

The family had a lovely stay in the cottage it has everything and was very comfortable I would really recommend a stay. It is dog friendly great for mum to have a downstairs bedroom and toilet. We have been to betwys y coed before and knew the area it is a great village with shops and river walk and local for both the north coast with Llandudno and East Coast with beautiful villages and slate mines, not to forget Snowden.

Had a wonderful Christmas 4 days break ,with plenty of interesting local walks,due to convenient position of house,plenty of food and drink and a nice warm property to come back to each day.Also many local hostelries and shops within walking distance.Thanks very much. Would recommend.

Great location, everything you need for a great break

Very comfortable and spacious house within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants (all of which had great food from what we sampled). Everything you need plus a few nice extra touches (board games, DVDs, bottle of plonk waiting for us!).

Perfect location for climbing snowdon (as we did), walking or just relaxing.

Would definitely return!
