Spacious property in great location

  • 3 of 5

The cottage is spacious with a lovely master bedroom and a good bedroom downstairs. Bunkbed upstairs are ok, though a bit creaky, so the kids moved to the downstairs bedroom after a few nights. The living room is spacious and a bright kitchen with good coffeemaker!

The propery is a bit dated and the living area is quite dark, but I was the only one who was troubled by that.

The title of this listing mentions wonderful views. Maybe in winter when the oak trees along the A5 have lost their leafs, you can see the mountains, but now only beautiful oak trees to look at.

Make sure to walk up the footpath behind the cottage, it's an enchanting bit of forest.

Lovely spacious cottage in ideal location.

  • 4 of 5

The cottage is close to the centre of Betws y Coed and the shops. Although close to the A5 it is set back and not noisy. The cottage is spacious and with good facilities. Plenty of space for 6 people although another lounge chair would have been good.

Good facilities. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Good holiday let in a great location

  • 4 of 5

Really enjoyed our few days in this cottage. Helpful and clear instructions in advance, everything clean and tidy when we got there. Loved the big living space and master bedroom and we really appreciated how well equipped the place was. It is also in a brilliant location for exploring the area - very good value. One minor point is that the bathroom and toilet could do with some updating but that's a small thing compared with how good this place is.

Lovely Cottage, Great Location

  • 5 of 5

The family had a lovely stay in the cottage it has everything and was very comfortable I would really recommend a stay. It is dog friendly great for mum to have a downstairs bedroom and toilet. We have been to betwys y coed before and knew the area it is a great village with shops and river walk and local for both the north coast with Llandudno and East Coast with beautiful villages and slate mines, not to forget Snowden.
