Apartment in New Polzeath, Cornwall, England - Quiet location, 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from Polzeath

The ground floor apartment is one of eleven others within a small apartment block. It sleeps four and includes a double bedroom (with king size bed, vanity unit and large mirrored wardrobe), twin bedroom (with wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and bedside cabinets), kitchen, large lounge and bathroom (with walk-in shower) and includes private off road parking. Outside space includes communal gardens as well as a shared field adjacent to the car park.

About Paul & Helen Ingram

We are a family of four with two teenage daughters who fell in love with Polzeath many years ago - we used to have a static caravan at the back of the beach and when it's licence was up for renewal we viewed this property as an alternative and loved it!

Polzeath and New Polzeath are a large part our lives - and we get down there as often as we can - finding any excuse!

Why Paul & Helen Ingram chose Saint Minver Highlands

We purchased Six Polzeath Court in December 2013 and set about completely renovating it ourselves (along with a builder) and it has taken us four months to complete (with the odd week/weekend on it in that time).

We like the fact that the apartment is close to the beach/shops and yet in a quiet spot close to National Trust and farm land.

What makes this apartment unique

You can visit Six Polzeath Court and literally leave your car in the car park and survive with shops, beach, surf, walks all within easy reach (the shops are the farthest - but still only a ten minute walk away).

Hop to the beach with your surfboard any time and when you return - wash your wetsuit (there's an outside tap), hang to dry (on the washing lines provided) and jump straight into the walk-in shower located just off of the entrance to the apartment!

Large field doubles up as overflow car park and recreation area (barbecues etc.) and includes washing lines for clothes drying. Apartment is cleaned before every new arrival. Local contact available for any queries during stay.

Lovely place to stay

We stayed along with a friend for a wedding in Polzeath - beautifully furnished inside with almost everything you needed for a bank holiday weekend by the sea. Would thoroughly recommend and would stay there again!

Spotless and very comfortable

This is a really good location. A short walk from the beach, headland walks, but close to local shops and cafes. Ideal if you want to be near to facilities, but away from the hustle and bustle of the traffic and parking problems in nearby Polzeath. The flat has everything you need, and is a cosy spot on a wet day.

Two beaches and coast within 5 minutes walk.


Polzeath village is a 10 minute walk and includes food shops so you can get away with not using the car your entire stay should you wish. The nearest supermarket is Tesco's at Wadebridge (a 10 minute drive). Bodmin is a 25 minute drive away; Padstow is 30 minutes and Newquay is 40.
