The ground floor apartment is one of eleven others within a small apartment block. It sleeps four and includes a double bedroom (with king size bed, vanity unit and large mirrored wardrobe), twin bedroom (with wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and bedside cabinets), kitchen, large lounge and bathroom (with walk-in shower) and includes private off road parking. Outside space includes communal gardens as well as a shared field adjacent to the car park.

About Paul & Helen Ingram

We are a family of four with two teenage daughters who fell in love with Polzeath many years ago - we used to have a static caravan at the back of the beach and when it's licence was up for renewal we viewed this property as an alternative and loved it!

Polzeath and New Polzeath are a large part our lives - and we get down there as often as we can - finding any excuse!

Why Paul & Helen Ingram chose Cornwall

We purchased Six Polzeath Court in December 2013 and set about completely renovating it ourselves (along with a builder) and it has taken us four months to complete (with the odd week/weekend on it in that time).

We like the fact that the apartment is close to the beach/shops and yet in a quiet spot close to National Trust and farm land.

What makes this apartment unique

You can visit Six Polzeath Court and literally leave your car in the car park and survive with shops, beach, surf, walks all within easy reach (the shops are the farthest - but still only a ten minute walk away).

Hop to the beach with your surfboard any time and when you return - wash your wetsuit (there's an outside tap), hang to dry (on the washing lines provided) and jump straight into the walk-in shower located just off of the entrance to the apartment!

Distances:

Polzeath village is a 10 minute walk and includes food shops so you can get away with not using the car your entire stay should you wish. The nearest supermarket is Tesco's at Wadebridge (a 10 minute drive). Bodmin is a 25 minute drive away; Padstow is 30 minutes and Newquay is 40.

Excellent stay and very well equipped

Had a lovely stay at the apartment. Great location for exploring the local village and a little further afield. Apartment was immaculate with nice décor and kitchen was well equipped. The field is great for a kick around and inside there is a good selection of books, DVDs and games. Look forward to staying again. Paul was easy to deal with and deposit returned promptly.

Extremely impressed with the property

What a little gem this apartment was for us. Beautifully maintained and appointed and in a great location for beaches, walks and Polzeath village - with the shops, restaurants, bars etc. Surprisingly quiet with the road outside. Plenty of parking with the over-spill area. Paul was a great owner to deal with also.

Great stay at Polzeath Court - Flat 6

Flat is really well maintained, clean and fresh. It was as if we'd moved into a newly fitted out house for our holiday. Lovely to have beds all made up and a change of towels during our two week stay. We'll be back....

An Absolute Gem!

What a great apartment in a stunning part of the Cornwall!. It is modern but very homely with everything you would need. Just a short walk from the amazing Polzeath beach, bars, restaurants and shops but far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. The owners, an older couple, are charming and so helpful with where to go and what to do. We love the recommendation to visit the Fish Kitchen in Port Isaac, where we saw Martin Clunes filming Doc Martin! We will be back thanks Jon and Lydian
