The ground floor apartment is one of eleven others within a small apartment block which is only two storeys high. It sleeps four and includes a double bedroom (with king size bed, vanity unit and large mirrored wardrobe), twin bedroom (with wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and bedside cabinets), kitchen, large lounge and bathroom (with walk-in shower) and includes private off road parking. Outside space is a shared field adjacent to the car park.

About Paul & Helen Ingram

We are a family of four with two teenage daughters who fell in love with Polzeath many years ago - we used to have a static caravan at the back of the beach and when it's licence was up for renewal we viewed this property as an alternative and loved it!

Polzeath and New Polzeath are a large part our lives - and we get down there as often as we can - finding any excuse!

Why Paul & Helen Ingram chose North Cornwall

We purchased Six Polzeath Court in December 2013 and set about completely renovating it ourselves (along with a builder) and it has taken us four months to complete (with the odd week/weekend on it in that time).

We like the fact that the apartment is close to the beach/shops and yet in a quiet spot close to National Trust and farm land.

What makes this apartment unique

You can visit Six Polzeath Court and literally leave your car in the car park and survive with shops, beach, surf, walks all within easy reach (the shops are the farthest - but still only a ten minute walk away).

Hop to the beach with your surfboard any time and when you return - wash your wetsuit (there's an outside tap), hang to dry (on the washing lines provided) and jump straight into the walk-in shower located just off of the entrance to the apartment!

We liked the Apartment very much, it has been designed expertly with much thought and consideration to detail. The modern fittings were very much in tune with the building and we particularly liked the shutters, so easy to operate. Can't think of anything to improve.

Beautiful accommodation, perfect location

6 Polzeath Court is so beautifully kept, well equipped and comfortable, we would definitely return and recommend to friends.

The indoor space is generous, light and airy. The position is peaceful and the field outside was great for our boys to run around in, when we weren't at the beach (10mins away).

We felt safe, relaxed and had a wonderful holiday. We were blessed with the weather too, which is a bonus.

Oh and the provided towels, linen, handsoaps, dishwasher tablets, made packing the car a little easier.

Polzeath beach, Rock beach, Padstow and The (fantastic) Lost Gardens of Heligan filled our days, with body boarding and paddle boarding, so don't forget the wetsuits!

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location

The apartment was spotless,well equipped, very comfortable beds and very warm considering it was February. It was in a great location, and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Paul and Helen could not have been more helpful, always happy to answer any questions. We hope to visit again soon.
