4 and 6 Harbour Mews, are modern self catering Architect designed cottages set in a private close with patio sitting areas. They are ideally placed to enjoy all that Sennen Cove has to offer. Sennen Cove is one of the premier UK holiday resorts and is an area of outstanding natural beauty. The cottages built in 2002 in a vernacular style provide the following accommodation. Ground floor. Disabled access leading to open plan living, dining, kitchen area with ground floor WC and cloaks. First floor. 2 double bedrooms, bunk room and bathroom sleeping 6 in total.

About the Owner

Jeff Hardman a retired Chartered Architect is the owner of the self catering cottages 4 and 6 Harbour Mews, Sennnen Cove and The Studio,Treen St Levan TR19 6LQ. The Harbour Mews complex was designed and developed by Jeff and completed in 2002 and the studio in Treen in 2009

Jeff retired as a practising Architect in 2002 having worked extensively in the Middle East including Qatar and Abu Dhabi. He has been letting self catering properties in the area for more than 30 years. He appreciates the guests requirements of a holiday property and believes that their expectations are more than fulfilled when holidaying in his Cottages in Sennen Cove or the Studio Treen.

Location

From the Owner

The Harbour Mews site was purchased by Jeff in 1984. The site then contained old pilchard tanks some of which had been filled in and garages/boat stores built over them in about 1920. These were constructed from timbers taken from ship wrecks and had pitched roofs and clad with corrugated steel metal sheeting painted with black pitch. My parents had a caravan on the old site from 1950 onwards and we lived in it for the whole summer holidays up until about 1963. We all fell in love with Sennen Cove. Sea, sand, boat and beach fishing. Magical. Thus the reason for the cottages. Such fantastic days and memories.

Sennen Beach. Surfing and fishing. 5 minute walk. Harbour Beach. Ideal for children. 1 minute walk.

Travel:

Land's End Airport.(St Just 4 miles) Exeter Airport 225 miles. Heathrow Airport 320 miles. Penzance coach and rail station 9 miles. Car is not essential.

Distances:

Penzance 9 miles, St Just 6 miles,St Ives 18 miles, Exeter 225 miles, Falmouth 47 miles, Truro 40 miles.
