The barn was converted and finished to an exceptionally high standard, and it's design means that there are some sublime views out to the surrounding meadows. It is quietly located in a rural setting adjacent to the village green and fields with sheep and horses, and is secured with electric gates. It is perfectly located in the heart of North Norfolk, and under 15 minutes to the beach. The attractive village of South Creake provides the ideal base for a relaxing retreat, whilst being surrounded by some of the delights of Norfolk. The renowned Georgian village of Burnham Market is only 4 miles away, and just past that lies the award winning Brancaster, Holkham, Wells-next-the Sea and Blakeney coastline. In the other direction, the historic market town of Fakenham is just 6 miles away. The well regarded Jolly Farmers pub is found in the neighbouring North Creake, and the quite brilliant new Cafe and Farm Shop in the surroundings of Creake Abbey is now open and just down the road. King’s Lynn is 20 miles away with regular trains to London via Liverpool Street and Kings Cross taking under two hours, and there are many recommended golf courses nearby.

Wonderfully renovated, spacious, very comfortable

We found the help, approachfulness and professionalism Mr Graham offered us in renting his property very satisfactory. Always communicated well and replied to enquiries very efficiently.

Given security Information and General house Information in good time in a clear and concise manner.

On Arrival all I can say is that most of our party had not seen the inside of the house, as we wanted to surprise them!! Many happy glowing faces.

Property was very clean, very presentable with some very nice and thoughtful touches. We felt at home immediately!

We would certainly return. Five Stars ***** from us!!

A fantastic barn situated in a lovely setting

We were so impressed by the amount of room there was to spread out. Our grandson loved the upstairs tv area and both children, five and three, enjoyed being able to go up to different levels to the adults. It is extremely well equipped even down to beach towels. Having four en suites was brilliant. We couldn't fault it. We would be happy to recommend it to anyone!

Stunning property, lovely location.

My husband and I stayed at this property for a long weekend with six friends. We had such wonderful time. The property is very well equipped and cared for. It is ideal for a family get together or for like us a group of good friends to share some time together. The fact that it has four ensuite bathrooms is such a big plus. It is large enough for you not to feel on top of each other but cosy too with a lovely log burner. We love north Norfolk and this property is in an ideal location to explore this beautiful area. The owner was very helpful and replied very promptly to emails. We will be going back to this beautiful property.

Super property. Very well equipped

We had a super break at this property. It truly had everything in it that we needed. It's bursting with character and doesn't feel like a faceless holiday rental at all. It feels like a loved and well cared for home. We would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting plenty of space and facilities in a beautiful part of the world.

Bluestone is an outsanding holiday home

The layout of the property was spacious and catered for all 9 of us, the facilities provided were clean and well maintained making our stay very relaxing and enjoyable The location was ideal for visiting North Norfolk and the coast. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to holiday in larger groups, and would love to return again.

Bluestone is the best! The property was just amazing, spotless, every little detail has been considered and made available. My family and I just loved it, the venue, views everything. We had the most fabulous Christmas with lots of room for 2 young children to run around and space enough for both sets of grandparents and my husband and I. Thankyou.

North Norfolk holds some very special memories for myself and my family. Some of my fondest childhood memories were made here. It is a place with huge expanses of stunning beaches, pretty Norfolk villages with cottages built in flint and brick, the market towns of Holt and Burnham Market with their boutique shops, the farm shops and artisan producers and a mass of fabulous places to eat. We have spent enough time in Norfolk to know that it is just as special in the snow, the wind, or a spectacular thunderstorm as it is on a hot balmy day – you just need to be prepared for all eventualities!

Coast/Beach:

The award winning Brancaster, Holkham, Wells-next-the Sea and Blakeney coastline is a 15 minute drive away.

Travel:

Stansted Aiport is 88 miles away. King’s Lynn is just 20 miles away with regular trains to London via Liverpool Street and Kings Cross taking under two hours.

Distances:

The delightful Georgian village of Burnham Market is only 4 miles away, and the historic market town of Fakenham is 6 miles away.

Further Details:

The superb Jolly Farmers pub is found in the neighbouring North Creake, and the quite brilliant new Cafe and Farm Shop in the surroundings of Creake Abbey is now open and just down the road. There are numerous banks and supermarkets in Fakenham. There are some excellent restaurants along the North Norfolk Coast.

  • Notes on accommodation: Sorry no pets. Non-smoking. Outside: A walled patio surrounds the entrance to the property. This patio provides a lovely area for al fresco dining, with a large garden table, chairs and charcoal barbecue. Utility Room: A washing machine and dryer are housed in the large utility room. There is also an additional fridge here, and an airing cupboard. The iron and ironing board are also found here. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and linen will be included. Beach towels are provided for trips to the beach. Towels and linen will be changed between rentals. Other: The dining area has a wooden table with 6 chairs, and there is another dining table with 8 chairs just off the lounge. There are 2 very comfortable chairs in the sitting area upstairs.
