Apartment in Benalmadena Costa, Nr Malaga, Costa del Sol, Spain - Quiet Location With All Amenities Within a Short Walking Distance - ideal for families and couples

This very spacious 2 bedroom air conditioned apartment on the ground floor of a private complex with a shared swimming pool. There is a large terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers, overlooking the pool area of the adjacent residential properties. The apartment enjoys views of the sea and the mountains. There is easy access to the complex's own pool and gardens.

There is a spacious lounge/dining area and well equipped kitchen. There is also car parking space with secure parking for anyone wishing to hire a car - although this is not essential as all amenities are very close by. Malaga airport is only a 15/20 minute drive with good transport links. The apartment is ideal for families and couples alike as there is a vast choice of restaurants and bars all within a very short walking distance. The apartment is situated in a quiet street 5/10 minute walk from the large busy Marina and the beaches of Benalmadena and Torremolinos.

Brilliant Apartment!

We (family of 4) arrived at the apartment which was really cool inside and nice and clean. It has great space including 2 spacious bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, large lounge, good sized kitchen and spacious balcony with 2 loungers, table and chairs and washing line. Has air conditioning which proved to be an asset due to the heat outside. Windows had shutters which also helped to keep the apartment cool. The apartment had all facilities you would require, especially the washing machine which was used frequently! The apartment is very secure bearing in mind it does not have a security box but we found absolutely no problem with this. The pool was a great hit with a life guard in place during the time the pool was in use. The apartment is set in a lovely location with many restaurants, bars and there is plenty of activities to do and places to visit in the area. We had a brilliant time and was sorry to leave.We would strongly recommend this apartment to anybody and would definitely return in the future. Many thanks to Karen.

Excellent apartment in great location

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was very spacious with 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was really well equipped with everything you could think of, the balcony was also very spacious and peaceful. Everything was clean and well maintained, the pool area was always clean and the pool was fab! The location was perfect for us- the marina and beach is only 5 mins down the road,(takes a bit longer walking back up though) The Marina area is stunning with lots of shops and restaurants, eating and drinking out is very cheap in Benalmadena. There is a lidl within a 10 min walk also lots of other supermarkets close by. We had 3 teenagers with us, it was very safe for them to go out at night with lots to entertain them! There is so much to see and do in the Costa del sol for all ages!! We didn't want to come home!! Thanks Karen for a great holiday.

Fantastic apartment!

What a fantastic apartment! Very spacious, huge sun terrace, everything you could ask for it was like home from home. Very well maintained and very clean. The pool and surrounding gardens were immaculate, it was checked on a regular basis. Close to both the beach and a variety of shops. Our favourite place was Arryo de la Miel, a predominately Spanish town full of Tapas bars and interesting shops. At the time of our stay there was a Festival taking place in Paloma Park not to be missed.Booking the apartment was really easy and Karen the owner was extremely helpful, we were really impressed, nothing was too much trouble. We would like to thank her for great service and providing us with such a brilliant place to stay. All being well we will be back!

My Mum wanted somewhere warm and sunny to enjoy both family holidays and also suitable to visit on her own and chose Benalmadena after enjoying holidays in the area. It is ideally suited as there is no need to hire a car as everything you need is right on the doorstep.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Malaga at 11 Kilometres Nearest Beach : at 1 Kilometres Car: not necessary


Only 15 minute walk to beaches.


Malaga airport is only a 15 to 20 minute drive with good public transport links. Car hire is not essential for this location but recommended it you wish to explore the rural parts of the area. There is an excellent bus service operating at the bottom of the road taking you to Malaga, Mijas and lots more!

Further Details:

There is a choice of supermarkets within a short walking distance (5/10 minutes) with the use of a wheeled shopping carrier for those heavier items.
