A historic traditional cottage

We have three two bedroom cottages, all with a double and twin bedrooms:

Wing cottage: Sleeps 4 + 2 on bed settee in lounge.

Approached from the South facing terrace, this two bedroom cottage provides spacious 2 storey accommodation. Upstairs family bathroom and downstairs shower room.

Little Peregrine: Sleeps 4

Our cosy 2 storey two bedroom cottage has an upstairs family bathroom with overhead electric shower.

Stable cottage: Sleeps 4 (Wheelchair accessible)

A modern open plan ground floor stable conversion easily accessible from the car park. The double bedroom has a wet room en-suite shower room and there is a further family bathroom.

Surrounded by 10 acres of garden, picnic and BBQ areas, south facing terrace and a swimming pool. Only 10 minutes walk into Lostwithiel full off restaurants, pubs, antique shops, a co-op and it's own beach.

The Eden project is just up the road and a short drive away from many a pretty fishing village.

Beautiful property, lovely location

Peregrine Hall is a wonderful place for a holiday. The property is stunning, the hosts are helpful and welcoming. The pool was a popular feature on our holiday - lying by the pool in the sun each morning was perfection. The house and grounds are quiet and peaceful, but a short walk from the town. There's plenty of room to walk through the gardens. Holidaying here was a really lovely, relaxing experience. The cottage had everything we needed, it was spacious for a small family with great original features. We would definitely come back again!

Rates are based on up to 4 people sharing a cottage. Wing cottage can sleep an extra 2 people on the bed settee for which there is an extra charge of £100 a week.




Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible but in high season the weekend is preferred.
Your cottage is ready from 4pm on your day of arrival and has to be vacated by 10am on your day of departure.

Prices are per week.

Pet charge: £50 per stay or per week and proportionate thereafter.

  • Outside: Extensive grounds overlooking Lostwithiel. BBQ and patios surround the property. There is also a private picnic area perched on top of the hill. The south facing outside pool open from June-September is heated with thermal panels.
