Snowdonia Gem

  • 5 of 5

This was our third stay at Arhosfa. It is immaculate - well furnished, well equipped and well maintained by Lyn who lives in the village. We cannot do more than recommend it. Primarily we are walkers but find other activities - Llanberis's Electric Mountain and Slate Museum, Caernarfon Castle, Welsh Highland Railway - when weather is not walker-friendly! Excellent facilities in Beddgelert - well stocked village shop, pubs/bistro/cafes. A great cottage in a great location. We'll be back!

A gem of a cottage in an ideal location

  • 5 of 5

This was our second time at Arosfa and we have another week booked in September. The cottage is immaculate and well equipped for two people and the garden well maintained. Lyn called in to see us to make sure we had everything we needed. In a nutshell, the listing description is accurate and we have no hesitation in recommending Arosfa. Beddgelert has several, varied places to eat, a well stocked village shop and buses for Porthmadog, Caernarfon and Pen y Pass.
