Little Sandyfield is a gorgeous 2 bedroom property just 2 minutes walk from the beach. It is part of an exclusive development next to the beach of Treyarnon Bay. Sleeps 4. Treyarnon Bay is a fabulous large beach with beautiful golden sand. Perfect for families for surfing, sandcastles and fishing in rock pools. The beach is perfect for an evening picnics or BBQ and when the tide is out there is a large natural swimming rock pool at low tide. It is an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ and Little Sandyfield is situated in a development just 50 meters from the waters edge and coastal footpaths. Internally the property has been finished to an exceptionally high standard. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one twin and one double with king size bed. One bedroom has French doors onto a Juliet balcony overlooking the courtyard and the other room has lovely rural views. Whether it is just around the corner or just around the headland there are endless things to do, see and enjoy on the rugged North Cornish Coast. Sailing, surfing or golfing, walking or cycling the Camel Trail, exploring the endless coastal paths, taking an early morning swim in the invigorating surf or just relaxing at one of the numerous local restaurants and enjoying fabulous fresh seafood with a chilled bottle of wine; this part of Cornwall has it all.

Outside: The house is only yards from the beach so there is the opportunity to have a bbq on the beach in the evenings after a busy day building sandcastles or surfing. Behind the property are views over fields. One car parking space is provided. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen is included in the price. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge. Heating/electricity all included in the cost. Other: Outside the beach is literally only a stone’s throw away and the property is perfectly situated for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting. The development is secured by a key entry system and it is surrounded by landscaped grounds.

Beautiful, cozy, great modern cottage

The cottage was modern and comfy with great finishing touches. More then enough space to relax. So close We could hear the waves.

Beautiful sandy beaches and country walks. We loved the remoteness.

Even in December it's easy to see why so many people love this part of the world. When the sun was shining, there were families walking their dogs and enjoying at the day, it's such a relaxed way of life.

I thought it was just a little break away for my birthday, but my partner chose is lovely cottage to propose to me! So Little Sandyfield will always have a place in my heart, and we hope to go back often to celebrate our anniversary.

Perfect stay in Trey Bay

We had a fantastic week at Trey Bay with great weather - I have to admit being a tad envious of the beach front properties with sea views but obviously you pay for what you get and just a few steps out of the courtyard gives you the glorious view. Little Sandyfield is a lovely little house and perfect for a beach holiday. I would only add that the single bedroom has one bed smaller than the other and I'm not sure suitable for adults on the larger side but it was fine for my dad who joined us for a few days.
