This beautiful traditional Spanish villa complete with typical castilian wooden doors and traditional arch ways has the most beautiful views of Javea. The villa nestles in the hills above Javea old Town and the views of the town, Arenal and the wonderful Mediterranean sea are truly mesmerizing and will captivate all who visitor the villa. The tradition old town of Javea can be reached in 5 minutes by car and for those with a little more energy a good walk into town and maybe a taxi back at the end of the evening. Here you will find the old church and many restaurants in which to dine ,tapas style or traditional Spanish cuisine.

The villa itself is spacious and is situated on two levels. The upper level has entrance hall, kitchen and open plan lounge / diner, a master bedroom with en suite, plus air con. Two further twin rooms and a family shower room both bedrooms benefit from air con. There are patio doors leading to a large naya (covered terrace) with dining table so you can eat al fresco and enjoy the fantastic views.

External steps from the upper level lead to the pool area and two further bedrooms, one double and one twin both with air con, a further shower room and another kitchen. The pool area benefits from the stunning view and plenty of terracing for the all important sun lounger are provided. There is a small outside kitchen with the all important BBQ.

This beautiful villa is tastefully furnished and spacious. the open plan lounge / diner is light and airy and has plenty of windows which can be opened to allow a lovely air flow from the gentle sea breeze. There is a flat screen TV with UK channels, DVD player and of course the all important wifi is also available. The upstairs kitchen is traditional and compact with free standing cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine and plenty of storage.

The master bedroom with super king size bed benefits from the stunning view through traditional sliding doors. There is plenty of storage, air con plus a quiet, efficient ceiling fan to keep you cool. The en suite bathroom has bath with over head shower, wc and vanity unit. The twin rooms both have doors leading to the terrace, ample storage and again air con plus quiet ceiling fans. All the rooms have rejas (traditional metal work) to the windows enabling the windows to be left open even when not in the room or sleeping, all windows are fitted with fly screens too.

About the Owner

My name is Michelle Etheridge I am the property manager of this beautiful villa along with other villas in this area. I will respond to your email as quickly as I possibly can, often within an hour. My husband Steve, myself, Rick (the pool cleaner) and a small team of ladies work hard to ensure that the villa is perfect for your arrival. We are a professional team who understand the importance of your holiday experience. Having saved hard and looked forward to your holiday all year, you want to arrive to a spotlessly clean villa, which is what you get from us. All the linen is laundered professionally, so its crisp and fresh.

The villas are all very well equipped. If theres a problem we are only a phone call away or an email as all of our villas have wifi. We will do our best to sort any problem as quickly as possible, it doesn't happen often but if it does you know we are there.

There is a taylor made book in each villa with instructions on the villa and the area.

Having rented and managed villas in the area for the past 13 years, we know the little things that create a problem immediately, like hows the TV work, wifi code, its all there to see quickly so you can get your holiday started as soon as you have unpacked your case.

My Husband and I were both born in Doncaster, Steve is 57 and Michelle 50. We bought our first villa in the year 2000 as a retirement investment. The villa rented very well and in less than a year we bought 2 more villas to rent. In late 2003 we sold our house in the UK, which we had designed and built ourselves. We gave up 2 professional jobs and moved to Spain to live and have never looked back. We rent our own villas and also rent and manage other villas in the area. We have a small team of cleaners and tradesmen so there is always someone on hand in case of any problems. Our standards are very high and this is reflected in our properties. We work hard to ensure that our properties are furnished and cleaned to a high standard.

This villa was designed and built by the current owners 35 years ago. It was the holiday home for their family to use during the summer months. The family have all now grown and have families of their own and are spread around the world. The owner Shirley has now decided that the villa should again have the sound of laughter and a family and has decided to rent for holiday guests.

The sandy Javea port beach can be reached by car in 5 minutes, edged by traditional restaurants and bars. The coastline continues towards the sandy Arenal beach which can be reached in approx; 7 minutes by car, again edged with restaurants, bars and shops. The coastline between has several chiringuitos (beach bars) serving snacks or simply a drink or cocktail while admiring the nearby sea. A perfect place to chill.


The villa is ideally situated between both Alicante and Valencia airports. Just one hour's drive north from Alicante airport and 1 hour and 10 minutes drive south from Valencia airport. Along the AP-7 (E-15) auto piste it couldn't be easier, detailed directions are provided and the keys are in a key safe at the villa. This ensures a stress free arrival if flights are delayed, a real hit with Guests as they have no worries if flights are late.


The traditional Spanish town of javea is just 5 minutes away by car. Denia is 15 minutes away by car. Moraira is 20 minutes away and the resorts of Clape and Altea are only 30 minutes away by car. Benidorm and its theme parks Terramitica and Aqua parks are just 40 minutes drive away. Alicante is 1 hour away and the city of Valencia is just 1 hour and 10 minutes away, so plenty to see in this beautiful area of the Costa Blanca.

There are loads of restaurants in the area to choose from in Javea when dining out, either locally or take a drive in the mountains of the Jalon Valley or in the local towns surrounding Javea or Denia. There are all styles of restaurants English, typically Spanish, Italian, Chinese, Indian a full range of restaurants, covering all pallets and price ranges, from a three course meal with wine from as little as 8.50 euros to a tasty a la carte meal in beautiful settings, the choice is yours. There are banks in Javea and local shops and a market in the local town. A large market is held on a Sunday morning with hundreds of stalls from all over in Pedreguer.

Both Javea and Denia have many wonderful, small shops with designer labels and beautiful leather shoes can be purchased at great prices. The local Mercadona or Masymas supermarkets are just a couple of minutes away by car where you can purchase all you will need for your holiday including freshly baked bread and a fantastic fish counter and winery (many English brands can also be purchased here too),there is a local English butcher in Javea so if you speak no Spanish, there is no problem you can buy all your BBQ needs from The Butchers Block.

We, the English property managers Michelle and Steve, live close by and visit you soon after you arrive to ensure that the villa is all you expected it to be. We are on hand in case of any problems you may have and we can advice you on where to go and what to see and which restaurants to visit. We feel that a villa holiday should be as relaxing, private and as stress free as possible, but it is nice to know that if there are any problems we are only a phone call away and can help. We ensure the villa is maintained to a high standard and that the cleanliness is perfect every time.

* Book 2 weeks or more for summer 2017 before the end of December and receive a 5% discount.
* Normally, we require a 20% deposit to secure the villa. However, for a limited period £200 will secure the villa of your choice for summer 2017. The balance of the 20% deposit is then required by the end of February 2017.
*10 weeks before departure we require the balance of the payment, plus a fully refundable breakage deposit of £200.
* No hidden extras for air con, electric, wifi.

Changeover Day:
Change over day is flexible.

Notes on prices:
* No hidden extras the price includes the use of electric, air con, wifi and the final clean. Plus if your stay is for 2 weeks or more a mid linen change half way through your stay, plus bathroom clean.
* £200 fully refundable security deposit.

  • Notes on accommodation: This villa is a traditional villa just 5 minutes drive from Javea town. The views from the villa are stunning and the accommodation is spacious, clean, stylish and very comfortable. The villa is in its own ground behind a large gate for private parking. It is in a peaceful location and with the amazing sea and town views, you will not want to leave. Outside: The private pool is easily accessed with Roman steps, with the fabulous views from the pool and terraces this will be a real hit with guests. There is plenty of terracing around the pool and 10 sun loungers are provided along with pool towels. There is a small outdoor kitchen with BBQ. The large double arch covered terrace on the first floor has dining and relaxing chairs too and is a great place to just sit and enjoy the view or read in the shade of the terrace. There is plenty of outside space in this lovely villa. Utility Room: Washing machine and ironing facilities are provided. Plus cool box to take to the beach. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All quality towels and linen are provided, including pool towels. Linen is changed weekly and bathrooms are cleaned at the end of the week (if holiday is for 2 weeks or more). Other: A further lounge on the lower floor with wicker furniture for 10 people over looking the pool and stunning view. Ideal place to relax after a meal with a glass of your favourite tipple.Only accessed for 10 people (5 beds)
