In La Cala area, Sunny Villa, full Air Con, great sea views. Beach at 120m, By Golf, 4 Bedrs, Sleeps 8/9 Mature garden.

Our sunny and comfortable house is located in a residential area, approximately halfway to Malaga -nearest Airport- and beautiful Marbella. Just 5 minutes walk to the beach, and by the El Chaparral Golf course.

In main level it offers a comfortable dining space and West terrace with stunning views to the bay -and incredible sunsets- and Gibraltar; spacious living-room with modern TV set and log-fire, featuring the views to sunrise through the East terrace. The big hall, the fully fitted kitchen with pantry- and unexpected views!- and the guest toilet occupy this level.

To the East side, and sharing in the terrace, features the double master bedroom ensuite with dressing-room and split bathroom.

West terrace provides for al fresco dining for 8 people. East terrace features tea or cocktail enjoying for four.

A flight of stairs up the hall will give you the chance for a panoramic view of the complete bay: amazing.

And a flight of stairs down will take you to a second and big ensuite bedroom, with twin bed plus a single one, with private entrance -from the parking space for several cars in third level of the villa- and to another semi-suite bedroom with twin beds, sharing bathroom with our forth double bedroom near by.

This level enjoys a big porch overlooking the pool and the garden. Eating, or floating! there you can also see the Mediterranean.

BBQ, air con in reception and master bedroom.

Sleeps up to 9. 4 bedrooms: 3 double bedrooms, one triple. Fully equipped kitchen. Marble floors throughout. Two terraces on main level, reception and master bedroom leading out through patio doors.

Big porch and BBQ, two bedrooms leading out through patio doors, towards garden and pool -both private-.

TV with channels from several countries -british, french, german, spanish, among others- TV, DVD, CD radio player, Internet WIFI.

150 meters to the beach. Near a variety of golf courses a short drive away (and by El Chaparral Golf) and the race course. 5 min drive to the fishing village of La Cala with all its beaches, shops and amenities. Short drive away from the towns of Marbella, Fuengirola, Malaga and Benalmadena. Malaga airport only 20 minutes.

No smoking is required within the house, plenty of ashtrays outside.

This being a peaceful urbanization outside noises should be avoided by night.

A sunning villa in stunning La Cala

We wanted a villa that would comfortably accommodate 8 people and we found it in abundance in this lovely villa. The owner, Laura, was very attentive and greeted us on our arrival and she left us a list of interesting sights and things to do whilst we were there and for the adventurous, there's always lots of exciting places to visit.

We had sea views with the beach a mere 5 mins stroll away and the lovely fishing village of La Cala a 20 min walk or 5 min car/bus ride away - the bus stop is only 5 mins walk from the villa with a straight route to Marbella one way or Fuengirola in the opposite direction.

The villa has it's own private pool which was cleaned twice a week by the gardeners and it also has a large veranda in the back garden which was used every day and Laura also supplied us with beach towels to use at the pool and having a bbq there added to the fun. The bedrooms are very spacious and we had the choice of cleaners coming to change the sheets and towels in our second week. The entire villa is well furnished with beautiful touches in every room. There are local shops and restaurants within walking distance with far more variety waiting for us in La Cala village.

There is no downside to booking this villa, as we wanted tranquility and had it staying in this villa in it's quiet location but when we wanted a night life, we only needed to pop down to La Cala village so we had the best of both worlds. We had a fantastic stay here and are looking forward to next year's holiday for more of the same.

A fantastic venue for your family holiday. Met upon arrival by Laura the owner who spent time ensuring we were happy with the layout of the property and its facilities. With six family members we wanted a property that gave everyone their needed space. Very good size pool with proper steps for the not so agile. There is a generous size dining table outside on the lower floor with a BBQ and a further outside dining area on the ground floor adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen is spacious and has a large fridge freezer and an excellent dishwasher and washing machine. There is a wonderful sun terrace on he roof complete with loungers. The lounge is equipped with a modern LG television. Storage space for clothes is very generous and nice that there are more than enough hangers. We never ran out of hot water for showers and the bathrooms were spacious. The property has enough parking for 4 cars if required. The property itself is literally a 5 minutes drive from La Cala and 5 minutes from Fuengirola. You can walk 5 minutes from the property to the main road where there is a walkway directly to a quiet beach. In conclusion this is a beautiful property where you can relax to the max. Beautiful villa with lovely owner

We rented this villa for a week - there were six of us in our group. It is a beautiful villa which is spacious, walking distance to the beach and a five minute drive from La Cala which has supermarkets, restaurants and a bigger beach. Laura, the owner, was there to greet us on arrival and she could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The villa contained everything we needed - the kitchen is well equipped, there is a BBQ at the back, the pool is a good size and the residential area means that you are in a quiet location. The villa is on two floors, with the main bedroom on one floor with the kitchen and lounge and the other bedrooms downstairs which was perfect for us. It was extremely clean and well-maintained - the gardeners came twice a week to keep the pool clean and do a bit of gardening.

I can't recommend this property enough - Laura is brilliant and the description and photos above are exactly as the villa is - stunning!

Location was perfect for us, weather, sun, golf and beaches were definitively strong reasons to choose this place, and the peace! Besides, part of the family was settled around, so it was a very easy decision to make. Close to almost everything -Malaga, Marbella, and even closer, La Cala and Fuengirola. Or further on, Granada, Seville, Gibraltar or even exotic Morocco. And the many attractions for children -Zoo, Aquapark, Tivoli World, Aquarium...

Activity and Interests

Nearest Barpub : Several at Playa Marina. Also by the beach at 1 Kilometres Nearest Restaurant : Several Playa Marina. Many more at La Cala Village at 1 Kilometres Nearest Ski : Sierra Nevada, Granada at 250 Kilometres

Coast/Beach:

The Costa Del Sol Beaches are only a five minute walk. 120 metres! Beaches are varied, and there are many nearby, ideal for swimming, sun bathing, snorkelling, etc. All very safe for children.  

Naturalist Beaches: Newly appointed, few minutes walk from beach in front of the villa.

Local award winning beaches offer sunbeds, chiringuitos (beach bars/ restaurants) and free showers.

Travel:

Malaga airport: 20 minute drive, Gibraltar about one hour. Algeciras port -ferries to Morocco-110 Km.

Taxi service only take a few minutes to arrive, they speak English.

Local buses run to Marbella and Fuengirola, bus stop 250 meters.

Local trains run from Fuengirola to Malaga Airport and Malaga city centre.

Distances:

La Cala village -5 minutes drive-, 2 Km.

Busy Fuengirola town 7 minute drive.

Marbella Town 20 minutes Puerto Banus is 25 minutes drive.

Mijas Village - 20 mins.

Myramar Indoor shopping Centre and Cinema Complex -5 mins.

Further Details:

There are Thai, Indian, Chinese, Spanish restaurants plus several bars within 10-15 minutes walk at Playa Marina where there is also a good chemist, hairdresser and nail salon. Small supermarket at top of Road.

The nearby village of La Cala 5 mins drive or by bus. It is ideal for shopping with pretty much everything available. It is flat, level and everything is very close to each other. There are many tapas, bars, restaurants, supermarkets & banks etc. La Cala Village is also a beach resort, with sandy beaches very suitable for young children. These beaches have been awarded Blue Flag. There are several safe play areas around the village ideal for children and tots. There are also free of charge exercise machines dotted along the beach promenades. 

La Cala has it's own market twice a week, where you will find local artisans selling their own crafts, including the farmers stalls selling all their local produce. Not to be missed! Wed and Sat mornings.

For Children, there is the Local Zoo,( won awards) Water Park, Sealife, numerous play parks, crazy golf, Many horse riding centres, etc, etc. skate board park at Myramar

Cycling, By the Castle you can hire bikes and follow the marked cycle paths around the town or cycle along the sea front which stretches for miles and miles.....

Many good, large shopping centres around, the nearest is the Myramar Centre and then Fuengirola, both within minutes drive.

Beatifull Marbella at 20 min drive. Restaurants: The Costa del Sol is full of excellent restaurants to suit all tastes and all budgets.

ELECTRICITY USE over 150 KW per week will be charged at 0,25€ per KW. It will be read at check-in & check out times.
Cleaning fee: We deliver the house perfectly clean. We expect to receive it back in the same way, except for the normal use. Only when property is given back with the need of extra cleaning, we will charge accordingly.
PLEASE NOTE: NO payments will be required before we talk through our contact phone number.

Changeover day Saturdays preferred, we do try to be flexible depending on bookings taken.
PLEASE NOTE: Arrival time, 4 PM to 8 PM Maximum. Check out at 10 am, depending again, on bookings.
Two weeks rental include a weekly change of linen.

We charge an extra 100€ per week for a ninth guest. Payment Terms : 30% deposit paid at time of booking, 30% 8 weeks before arrival, balance 4 weeks before arrival.In the event of a cancellation, we will return payment only when a new booking has been made to fill the cancelled time. In the event of a cancellation by owner, all payments received will be fully refunded.

Lunch, dinner inside or at lovely West terrace-table and chairs provided for 8- And if night should come, the sundown back of La Cala village will certainly astonish you. (By the way: there being a clear day, you might be viewing Gibraltar). A drink, some tea? Step out from, for instance, the main suite, to East terrace and, if you enjoy early rising, sit comfortably and rise with the sun! Yes. We have a good living room: from there, watch out for the sea, TV or even a log fire! A house "special". Downstairs, though, you must add garden and pool sea-views (float and watch) Bedrooms with patio-doors to big porch and garden-table, chairs, arm-chairs. The sea is ever-present; but you may want to be surrounded by the bay, going up two stories to sun-terrace. There is, yet, another commodity. A big bedroom,TV, desk, armchairs, own entrance from third level and parking. Outside: The garden is mature with private (unfenced) swimming pool 8x4 metres. 1 metre to 2 metres deep with Roman steps at the shallow end, BBQ, porch with outside dinning table and chairs, armchairs, 5 sun loungers. Main level East and West terraces with sea views, well equipped for enjoying a meal whether at beautiful sunrises or incredible sunsets to the bay. Sun terrace with panoramic views.
